Completely unresponsive company
I registered for their Hosted Checkout service over a weeks ago, but my account is still waiting for verification on their end.
I've repeatedly contacted their support team and sent emails trying to get the verification process moving, or at least to speak to them about anything. But I've received absolutely no response. Not a single reply, update, or explanation.
It's hard to take a payment service provider seriously when they can't even handle basic onboarding or communicate with potential clients.
The entire experience feels extremely unprofessional and poorly managed. If they can't handle a simple verification request, how can anyone trust them to handle actual payment processing?
Very disappointing. I would strongly advise businesses to think twice before relying on this service.
