My experience with VenPayr has been overwhelmingly negative.

Communication was by far the biggest issue. Whenever I needed assistance, getting a meaningful response was incredibly difficult. Instead of receiving clear answers, I often experienced long periods of silence, with little to no updates about the status of my case. Having to repeatedly follow up just to receive basic information was frustrating and time consuming.

Even when support did respond, the replies often felt generic and failed to answer my actual questions. Rather than providing transparency, I was left with more uncertainty. As someone relying on a payment provider, I expected clear communication, especially when funds were involved.

The lack of transparency significantly damaged my confidence in the platform. It’s difficult to trust a payment processor when you cannot get straightforward information about what is happening or when an issue will be resolved.

Overall, my experience with VenPayr was disappointing. The combination of poor communication, slow responses, and the lack of clear updates made the entire process unnecessarily stressful. Based on my personal experience, I would not choose to use VenPayr again, and I cannot recommend it to others looking for a dependable payment solution.

$5,000 held, then blocked for asking where it was

I'm Kaan, most of you know me from cheatvault. I'm writing this under my own name because what happened to me is still happening to other merchants, and people deserve a heads-up before they connect their money to this.

Here's my experience, with dates:

On June 4, 2026, around $5,000 of my pending balance disappeared with no notice. Several people I know got hit the same day. I was processing through Malum, which sits on top of VenPayr.

On June 8, VenPayr support told me funds would only be released to my own VenPayr account and told me to register one. I did, the same day, and confirmed my username in their support channel. Then came a full month of silence. I followed up on June 15, 18 and 23. No status, no timeline. At one point an agent replied "what can we help you with today" without reading a single line of the history.

On July 2, out of nowhere, they claimed my payout is held by their "old PSP" for 180 days and that an email had been sent explaining this. That email does not exist in any of my inboxes, and they could not even tell me which address it supposedly went to.

When I kept pushing, they denied my account request and told me they would "not continue to work with you anymore for attacking us." Asking where my own money is apparently counts as attacking. Blocked, no release date, no documentation.

The part that tells you everything: when I ask Malum, they say the agreement is with VenPayr. When I ask VenPayr, they blame Malum or an unnamed old PSP. Everyone points at everyone else and the balance just stays gone.

I have every message, every timestamp, every screenshot saved, and I am now pursuing this legally. If you got burned by any of these connected services, reach out. And if you're a merchant thinking of signing up, ask yourself one thing: what happens to your balance the day they decide to stop replying to you?

Very scam platform + worst support + unstable + raising funds

Based on my experience, Venpayr and Malum.co appear to be connected and highly unreliable.

Everything worked fine with small amounts, but once my balance increased, my account was suddenly restricted and my funds disappeared. Support was unhelpful and kept shifting responsibility.

I lost a significant amount of money.

Be very careful and avoid keeping funds on these platforms if you don’t want to risk losing them.

Literal scam, the now will hold the funds for 180 days because of their "payment provider" and then they bouta give out even more excuses.

Do not use, they are scammers.

Exited with 90k$ from my balance. Not replying to my messages nor paying out money.

Avoid at all cost!

First they will onboard you for Peptides and then they will just seek the oppurtunity and take all the money and say oh we never supported Peptides. They took 12k$ from me. I will make it public everywhere.
