Rapid delivery. Lovely quality product, can't comment on longevity yet, but can't imagine there being a problem. I found fitting it incredibly easy. On the bike in less than 10 minutes, using Roadlok's recommendations for spacers etc. Locked into brake disc with no trouble. Very neat, very good quality....delighted. Perfect for quick stops etc

Great product
Great product, fast delivery, easy installation, no extra weight in bags, always with you. Best solution I saw. And according to other tests, the safest lock.

Import charges are extortionate and the…
Import charges are extortionate and the ability to pay on line is the usual standard with royal mail, wouldn't recommend this way of purchasing as cost 25% more plus hassel to get the lock that I still haven't received.
A learning experience and hope the lock is worth the extra expense and total frustration!

Hi Ivan, I'm sorry to hear that the import duties were unexpected.
When you order from outside the EU, we don't charge you salestax, so instead of paying 249.99 euro, you pay 206.60 (for a black Roadlok).
At checkout, we show an additional notice to inform you of the import duties and taxes with a link to our shipping and payment page.
The import duties and sales tax you had to pay upon import is outside our control, as those are local regulations and are not defined by us. However, the total cost of the purchase price + import / tax should be around 249.99, which is the price anyone from inside the EU pays.
Regarding the time it takes to receive the product, again, this is largely due to Brexit and the delays at customs.
We do offer DHL Express delivery at a surcharge.
Overall I hope this explains the process and more importantly, I hope a positive experience using our lock will soften these blows a bit.

Really happy with lock
Really happy with lock. Simple device, easy to install. Only one suggestion to make it even easier to manage for customers if you can provide up to date instructions for each motorcycle.

I got the wrong roadlok for my bike (Husqvarna Svartpilen 400 2024) and now I have to wait 3 weeks to get the correct one

we again apologise for receiving the incorrect lock. As we also offered by email, you can either return the lock for a full refund. Or wait for the correct lock, which is still in pre-order on our website. As soon as it becomes available, we can send you one.
In the meantime, if you change your mind and would like a refund instead, just reach out and we will make this happen.

Het zijn geen 5 sterren want ik heb…
Het zijn geen 5 sterren want ik heb reeds een roadlok slot maar ze hebben geen 2 sloten met dezelfde sleutel. Dat is jammer want nu moet ik bij elke motor een andere sleutel meenemen en ik heb 4 motoren.
