Good product, probably too expensive considering poor customer support and attention to details

Order experience was a pain: I received my roadlok after 3 weeks, which is far more than adverstised and no answer from customer service until I put a feedback on trustpilot. Product itself is well made and works as expected. Two elements to improve for a BMW GS: the provided screws are slightly too short according to roadlok own instructions: about one millimeter of thread is missing with the provided kit, compared to the amount of thread you get with the original BMW screws: that works and seems to hold the callipers well enough, but unfortunate that you get instructions and a full set of spacers that ultimately are not used. Also all BMW screws are torx, the ones provided by roadlok are hexagonal, which is quite current with third parties but it would be better to provide torx as well to keep toolkit uniform (these are big bits, and you need to tighten according to torque, so I had to buy an additional hex bit for my torque wrench)

onze excuses dat je niet eerder antwoord hebt gehad op je vraag. En natuurlijk nog meer excuses dat je je slot nog niet ontvangen hebt. Vorige week ben ik persoonlijk naar de fabriek in de VS gegaan om te zorgen dat we de achterstanden zsm kunnen wegwerken. Vandaag ben ik alle achterstallige mails aan het wegwerken. Onze mail en jouw review zijn inderdaad "toevallig" tegelijk gekomen. Echter ook via deze weg nogmaals onze excuses voor de vertraging.

Roadlok voor BMW

Snelle levering en even snelle montage dankzij duidelijke handleiding (helaas enkel in Engels) op de website van Roadlok.
Past perfect en ziet er ook nog eens netjes uit op mijn BMW F900XR!

Der Artikel (in Gold) entsprach der Beschreibung und sieht Optisch sehr gut aus. Auch wurde auf meine erste Anfrage sehr schnell und ausführlich geantwortet, sodass ich gleich das richtige bestellen konnte.

Der Versand der Ware war sehr schnell.

Negativ fand ich, dass auf meine Frage (vor der Bestellung sowie zwei Tage später direkt bei der Bestellung) ob es eine Montageanleitung in Deutsch gäbe, nicht geantwortet wurde. Auch heute, nach etwa drei Wochen... Keine Antowrt dazu.
