Picked the ornament I wanted and was…

Picked the ornament I wanted and was going to give payment method when I saw the color had changed. Redid it and same thing happened. Was ok on third try. When I received the email conformation said it was being paid through paypal which is not the info I gave them.. Sent an email to customer service but have not heard from them. I don't believe I will order through them again!

The process was easy...The only thing…

The process was easy...The only thing I'm worried about is the customizing. I ordered a "Nail" salon, but when I put the person's name on it, it changed the name to 'NALL' Salon...I'm hoping that was only a glitch in the picture and not on the finished product

It was easy to order multiple pillows. The pillows appear to be a quality product. I hope to receive them soon.

Absolute rubbish

Absolute rubbish - The cap looks nothing like the pic and print is blurry - Atrocious quality, extremely disappointed as it was a gift and I’m horrified and so embarrassed when he opened his gift to see that!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Received the item, it is damaged and not as described in advertising , tried to send an email to express my disappointment, email was rejected, will not buy from this company again and will be telling everyone I know not to, really disappointed
