EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED
I was so excited to order these pillows for my grandchildren for Christmas. However, when I received them, I couldn’t believe how poorly they are made. The fabric is inexpensive, slick polyester with cheap zippers, and the pillows are poorly sewn. In fact, the zippers were already pulling away from the fabric when I received the packages. Additionally, one of the pillowcases won’t fit over the insert. Now, I’m forced to go out and spend more money to find an insert that will fit. I certainly expected a quality product for the price, and these are not. This is shameful. In fact, I will never again order from any company that advertises on Facebook.

Was easy to personalize and a great variety of ornaments. I hope they come as great as they seem online.

It took quite a while to receive my order but when I did They were perfect!

Customizing the gifts are great! However it would be nice if you could move it to where you want on the ornament. Also to pay extra and be able to add more letters would be nice.

Easy selection of customizable product

The order that I originally placed was never received and nothing to remedy the issue. The only response that I get is that it was delivered. No it wasn't!!

It was very easy to order this garden flag. I had already downloaded the photo. It just took a few clicks to complete the order.

Missing 8 of 11 items!

I ordered 11 ornaments and was charged the full $213 and some change which was taken out of my account. The order arrived later than expected and was short 8 items. This is unacceptable. The website says they were sent, but that didn't happen. I hope I will hear from them, but I am not all that hopeful. If I do, I will then resubmit my review.

Yes it would not clarify my color choice at first it let me see what I picked and the next view was different I got worried about it so I emailed your company to make sure my choices were correct

When I placed my order I chose a specific color for my item as I was checking out somehow the color I chose was changed from yellow to green. Unfortunately, I caught this just after I pressed the submit button. As soon as I realized it I attempted to contact customer service via email and fb messenger as instructed on their website to inform them of the problem so it can be addressed and have gotten no responses back from them to fix the mistake. Their website says you have to contact them within 24 hours for any order changes. I have done that but am not getting anywhere.

You need a magnifying glass to read my grandson’s “customized” name on his graduation Christmas ornament. $25!! Completely misrepresented from photos shown. Please do not waste your money with this company.

The preview of this product definitely made it seem to be a boxy house type of ornament and much bigger. What I got was a flat picture of a salon style ornament and much smaller. Although it is still cute, it is definitely not what I was expecting and for sure cost way too much for what it actually is. But you live and learn I suppose when buying off the internet!
