Horrible! The item I received is not a guitar themed (crystal) ornament!
This was supposed to be a gift
I can’t give this hunk of junk hard plastic ornament as a gift! Over $32 for hard plastic I’m so upset! What a scam! Looks absolutely nothing like the photo in the ad & the description is a lie not crystal at all hard plastic
I’m going to report this to theCFPB

Just it's deceiving you think you're ordering a print with an in a frame and you get a rolled up print for $40. Nowhere did it say frame not included in your ad you have marked as a poster and frame way to be sneaky and deceive your customers

The item is received was not as described on the website. I am not happy with what I received and not worth what I paid for it.

The item I ordered is not what I thought. This product I waited over 3 weeks that I paid over 30 dollars for is so cheap looking. This is clearly false advertisement and they should really specify more details. I want my money back because I will not give that product to my family member.

The video is a bulb ornament and the product is flat. It's false advertising to portray one product and receive a different one that is flat.

When I ordered this thought it was a wooden ornament. I was surprised to see it as a printed piece of metal. Looks more like a key ring. But very cute still. I will still put it on my tree. Thank you.

It was easy to upload photos and move them around. One thing, wht missing star, is would like to know type of lead time it has. Hopefully it'll be here by Christmas. 😉

Easy to order, but NOTHING like the picture! It appears to be a beautiful, shiny oval glass bulb ornament….it’s a flat piece of junk. The memorial picture is so tiny you can barely see it. Definitely asking for a refund! I should have read reviews, first!

Quality was insufficient not what it appeared was not worth the cost

Your company rejected my request to credit a shipping fee on one of the 2 orders as couldn't modify the first order due to a glitch in YOUR system. Answer i got were condescending and inappropriate.
The frame & pix i got was cheap, butched and ugly. I had to remove the picture, trim it and frame it myself in one i bought. In short, this company doesn't deserve trust and business from people as they carry questionable policies pertaining to costumer service and relations. Never again! Date given is approximate.

The ad makes the ornament appear as though it is 3 D, so I ordered it. When I got it, it was personalized but was 2D..disappointed to say the least.

It was a flat piece of plastic , not anything like the picture . Totally misleading , the ornament disappears in tree does not stand out

I was very disappointed in it based on the picture and description of the item on the website. It looks like an upgraded shrinky dink. I thought I was purchasing a true Christmas ornament bulb

the experiance will be greater if they send the picture with the right color jersey-i have tried twice and both were the wrong color

Order process was simple. Looks like they have nice products. I am anxious to get mine.

Never order from this company. I ordered an ornament that looked 3-D and really nice from an ad on Facebook.

However, not only was it broken into two pieces when it arrived, it was a flat, cheap plastic piece of junk. I was extremely disappointed and expecting something that was of better quality. I feel like I was scammed big time and for the $26 I paid, I was totally ripped off! Never order from this company, the products are cheap junk from China!
