Very straight forward. It was quick and easy.

False advertising. Item presented as a Christmas ball and it’s nothing bit a piece of crap! A plastic flat shell with a picture so small one can barely see it unless his nose on the item! Very very disappointing. No one should order this…thing…from your company. 2 pieces cost me $69+ Cdn dollars. I repeat, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered the Arborist which arrived in about 3 weeks and looked absolutely nothing like the advert. I received a 2D Piece on shiny plastic that’s worth no more than £5. Sent a complaint but they couldn’t care less. Don’t waste your money on this cheap tat

Received my ornaments today and they were so disappointing! The website misrepresents the quality of the ornaments . The ornaments look 3 D and beautiful colors on the website , but they are flat plastic with dull coloring. They are overpriced for what you get ! Would not recommend or buy again . Shipping took a long time as well .

This was an easy,professional experience…..However,I received 2 receipt emails,while I only ordered once. I really hope that I didn’t get double charged. 😳😀

Junk. Was to be a hostess gift. Too embarrassed of it to give. Was 3D but came as a flat piece of acrylic. Ugly.

First of all, service is fabulous!!!! Thank you for that. The quality is top notch. When I first saw the pillowcase in the package I thought they used cheap cotton to make these. When I took it out, I was surprised. Top notch cotton! I showed them to a lot of neighbours, they were thoroughly impressed! If you have an athlete in the family, they are going to love it. My granddaughter who is playing hockey at Yale was absolutely thrilled to no end. There was a lot of thought put into the lessons that only a team athlete can relate to. It’s something they can cuddle and feel comforted even after a bad game. It’s a great product and I didn’t have to break the bank account to get it. Best product I’ve seen in a long, long time. So simple and so precious for those that receive it!

They scam you, when you get your order it's a flat piece of junk.

The website was really easy to navigate, and the prices were very good. I’m very excited to get my son a personalized baseball pillow with his picture on it. Looking forward to giving it to him on Christmas.

My husband was very disappointed in the product. He said when he saw it on the internet and decided he wanted it ordered it appeared to be 3D not flat! Really not worth the price we paid.

The video showed what appeared to be an actual miniature backpack ornament. It came as a plastic flat ornament for 30.00. Completely misleading and garbage.
