Scam! I bought an ornament from them; some humming birds that formed a Christmas tree. A lovely image...and that's what I received...an image of the hummingbird tree printed on a piece of acrylic. When I brought this to their attention...that they didn't send me the item I ordered, but rather an image of them item I ordered on a piece of acrylic, they offered 10% off, then 20%. As I put my foot down and demanded a refund, they said they would deduct the price of the original shipping from the refund AND I'd have to pay to ship the ornaments back! I ended up disputing the charge with my bank, and they agreed - scammers - and I got my money back. Do not give these people your money!

I ordered a personalised mug for a special occasion but the printing is fast disappearing everyone it is washed; it is supposed to be dishwasher safe. I have sent an email to the support team so hope to be hearing back today....

Received product pretty quickly but was not what I ordered at all. Contacted customer service but have ignored me. Do not order from this company!!!

This company SUCKS. Customer service is so stupid is totally ridiculous. Never received my items that I purchased since they were lost in transit (coming from China) and they won’t refund my money but tells me that are sending me 2 free. How can that be possible to send me 2 free if I paid for items that I didn’t receive in the first place. I’m still paying for them I’m not getting them for free. Going around and around with someone named Judy about this and she can’t get it in her head that if my CC is not refunded then they aren’t sending me 2 free cause I’m paying for them. Frustrating as heck. Terrible terrible service. Don’t purchase from them cause the products are coming from China. If I would have noticed that they were coming from China I never ever would have ordered the items. DON’T BUY FROM ROADSIR. I have a been dealing with this since 12/10/2024 when I originally placed the order for Christmas gifts. Well past Christmas and over a month and a half and still no items received.

I emailed because the order for some reason is the same. I ordered the karate keychain, one black belt and one blue belt and I don't need 2 of the same. I emailed right away

I purchased 4 ornaments from this company. It took forever to come in. When I got my order, I was pleased with 2 of the 4. The other two I was not happy with. My granddaughters had blue looking legs, that were out of proportion. Her name was on her bottom in two different size fonts. My grandsons was a football player and he did not have a neck and you could hardly see his football. The response I got today was that is the way they look and no reason to redo them. The lack of people skills and concern for myself as a customer was very disturbing. NEVER AGAIN.

I purchased 2 ornaments for approximately $45.00. The advertising clearly shows both ornaments to be 3-dimentional and very colorful. They were flat and the color was washed out. Very cheap. If I had seen these in the store; firstly, I never would have purchased them. Secondly, an honest price would have been about $1 to $2. I would be embarrassed to give them as Christmas gifts. I want my money back.

My order was paid with the express shipping and should be here before Christmas but I have still not recieved it and it is the end of December. Very displeased with the shipping and customer service as I contacted them and was told even express is 5-7 days for order and 7-15 days for shipping. Not happy at all will never order from here again.

I finally received my ornament and was very disappointed. My very small plastic ornament looked great but I don't believe I got what I paid for. It's so frustrating to wait so long and receive something as small as this was a week after Christmas. I probably won't be ordering again.

The product was nothing like it appeared in the picture. $20 for this product was overcharged. Then I paid $10 for expedited shipping and it still didn't make it in time for Christmas. Both myself and the recipient was very disappointed.

Ordered this on Dec 8th.
It arrived Dec 26th.
It is nothing like the advertisement.
It is a tiny flat piece of plastic.
My wife laughed when she saw it.

Seeing the expression on my mom’s face when she open the gift box lid was priceless. Made it getting here a day late worth it. Ordered it on the ninth thought that would be enough time for it to get to me. Other than being a day late can’t complain. Very well made and detailed like its advertised. Will order again from there.

Purchased a hairdresser ornament on October 28th
Was suppose to be wooden & 4.6 inches long with 1 chair. Received 3 inch plastic with 2 chairs. Sent email twice. No response. 26673 order #. Paid $26.93!! Now gonna turn over to my bank for fraud

The item looked nothing like the picture. It was cheaply made from plastic and it cost a fortune not to mention 3 wks to be delivered. Totally UNHAPPY. never buy from them again

I loved the ornament! I tracked my order from the time I placed the order until the day it arrived to our home. When our daughter opened the gift she was delighted! I gave her your email address, as I’m sure she will be ordering from you in the future!

Have yet to receive my order that was ordered on November 4. When trying to contact company I get oh its coming, its coming>>>No it is not. Will never order again!
