A COMPLETE RIP-OFF !!! Don't Waste Your Money Because You Won't Be Able To Get It Back . That's Pathetic !!!

I had no problem personalizing my ornament. As long as it arrives as ordered.

I'm very happy of how easy was to place my order and to select what I wanted, and the option that they gave me, I just can't wait to receive my order, I'm so excited. Thank you for making it so simple to place my order.

Depicted on add with vibrant colors. This is a small plastic ornament with dull colors. Looks nothing like the posted add. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Not worth $2 let alone $20!

Ordering product was easy & uncomplicted. Shipping was fast, and package arrived in good condition. Communication regarding order & shipping was very good.
Unfortunately, the product ordered was not at all what I was expecting and way too expensive for what it was. The product was a cheap plastic ornament and I am very disappointed, especially as one was going to be gifted, which I will not be giving!

I just received my ornament. The picture led me to believe this was a 3D figurine, instead it's a flat piece of plastic. This is very misleading. I am so very disappointed. This was to be a Christmas gift, but now I'm almost ashamed to give it. I won't be buying anything from you again.

I am very concerned as I received a message from paypal stating I would be charged for the one item I ordered. I don't have a paypal account. I used my credit card for payment. I only ordered one item and only want to be charged for one item

The advertisement shows their chicken coop Christmas ornament as nice and 3 dimensional but it’s just flat and poorly printed. Had to read comments and reviews to find out. For $25 that’s a steep price to pay.

Beautiful product, ease of customizing it , great price

Regarding the chicken coup ornament , online pic looks like a nice 3D wooden ornament , when received it's just a flat piece of hard plastic & the engraving is so tiny you need a magnifying glass to see it. Not at all what I thought I was paying twenty something $$ on.

Never received the item I ordered. Contacted them and they emailed a "proof of delivery" but I don't have the item. The particular delivery company that supposedly delivered this item, usually sends a delivery notification when they deliver and I didn't get that. After several email's back and forth, I did what they probably wanted and gave up trying to resolve the issue. I won't be buying from this company again and will research businesses more thoroughly.

When customising the photo for key chain it reverted to the advertisement of a cat and not my dog.

Deciding on the ornament, ordering process and checking out was easy and straightforward. The graphics to the order were clear so I could see the details of the ornament. Love the preview option.

I would not even rate this company a 1 if it would let me. I ordered a few weeks ago and although I’ve waited and waited for my purchase, no one has contacted me about shipping, where it’s at, or when it will reach my house. I would never order from this place again. Their customer service is less than acceptable! Horrible!
They did contact me after I wrote this review and said it had been shipped but not scanned, so they were going to investigate it and I should have it in one week. Pretty sad you have to write a review to get a response!
