Used my debit card on the website, card was declined and subsequently a fraudulent charge appeared on my card. DO NOT USE THIS SITE

Always let people know your requirements to verify a account ...using my virtual card for payment and now I want to cash out you people need the card picture for verification ...is it not my money or didn’t I put it there myself?this is just a scam in disguise to me

The management at this casino franchise did something to me that was absolutely despicable. I haven't played here for quite a long time only because of something that this casino (or their processor) did and then turned around and blamed me for it. The type of player that I am I periodically shut down accounts for cool down times. Well, there was one time in which, during one of those cool down periods where I had shut the casino account down that the casino's processor tried to charge my bank a duplicate charge that they had already charged several months prior. Well when I contacted customer service about it I was instructed that there was nothing that they could do about it. And the customer service rep said after he inquired with their cashier and that the instructions were for me to dispute the charge because it was a mistake made by their processor that had affected many hundreds of customers across the real-time gaming footprint. So I did just that as instructed. Well when I went to reopen my account I was told by their manager that I could not reopen my account because I had a charge back ...notwithstanding I had made thousands of dollars of deposits for years across all of their brands without issue and the amount that had the issue due to their processor mistake was roughly only about $35 to $75. When I explained to him that this was a mistake of their processor (THAT THEY WERE AWARE OF) and their customer service agent instructed me to do as I did and that I was only following the casino customer service instructions he simply said the decision was made and disconnected the call. And then did close all of my casino accounts across all of their sister brands. Absolutely despicable behavior and to this day I still cannot log in!

SCAM!!!! STAY AWAY!
Offered $125 for my initial deposit won $1000 and was not allpwed to cash out untill balance under$1 i lost all of it to $49 so i was now at my own money and still was not allowed to cash out. It is a scam and they just want to steal your initial deposit.

Well I signed up and got a $20 bonus to start. It had some of the usual rules. No bets over $10. 40x playthrough. Which is simply, STUPID!! Normally I would not even play at a casino that asks for this kind of unrealistic goal, but I was board. Also a max payout of $200.
So, I killed it. I was over $3000 when I smoked the playthrough. I was ready to get my $200. So I went to support and was given the verification requirements. At this point all was well. They seemed responsive and friendly. After I did everything other then deposit, which is a real stark indication of shady activity, I was told I signed up at a sister casinos two years ago using a different address. One that was my girlfriend's, only the unit was not correct. So I asked for proof. They said sign in and use forgot password as all the info is the same as what I have on the site I won on. So I did. It goes to a blank white screen. I'll admit I have signed up for so many casinos. But I have not used a false address.
Simply put, they set one up with my info. The goal was to not pay me. I didn't press the issue. Not all money is good money and this place is not a safe place to give out any information or ever give money to. They absolutely cheated me and lied. Made up a fraudulent account and scammed me. I'm out nothing so I dont mind that much.
There's no reason to play at this type of casino. Stake.us or luckybird.io are legal us casinos. They pay you in prize redemptions and it's immediately done. You are not tricked and cheated. There's many social casinos or sweeps casinos. Places like this are not even legal. Don't trust them. They are crooks and they need to be shut down. I will put up a list of all the casinos they have soon. I hope everyone that has been ripped off by these crooks comes here to tell their story. Thank you.

They Didn't Give My Money Nearly 300 Dollars, I Do Not Recommend This Site

I got scammed. I won $2000, and tried to cash out $1500 of it. The cashier rejected the payout claiming I went over the betting limit during the promotion. Then took all the money I had won out of my game account and left me with my original $35 deposit.
Now, 1st, not all of that money was even won during the promotion. Some was won later. 2nd, during the promotion, you are limited to what games you can play during the use of the coupon. If you try to play a game not covered by the coupon, it tells you, "Error, Game unavailable due to coupon restricions."
How are you going to take my money that I WON out of my account? Where is that restriction?

Customer service is stellar. Selection of games is ok. It has been steadily getting better as new games are added frequently and on a regular basis. It’s a user friendly site.
One of my issues is with the bonus structure. The majority of the bonuses are “slots only”. When I first started playing online, it was pretty standard practice to limit play through to slots but not so much anymore. RTG casinos are one of the few with these restrictions. I would play at Roaring 21 more often if not for the restricted play. Slots are my least favorite among the games. Also the table games are bad. I’ve never seen or experienced losses as bad as on the RTG platforms. And no it’s not a run of bad luck., unless my run has lasted years and only on RTG casinos. I’ve won at every other online casino I play at except here. When the dealer pulls 3 or even 4 straight flushes one after the other while the player doesn’t even get an ace in 30 hands, there’s a problem. In all the years I’ve played here, I’ve cashed out one time. One time! The payout time was also too long. I use Crypto and am paid within a few hours, at the most. Here, it’s days and I find that unacceptable. Personally, I think the folks at the top don’t want players to play table games for whatever reason so they make it impossible and/or unpleasant to play. RTG is all about the slots. I’ll continue to play occasionally because I do like to see the new slots when they come out(I’m hoping for a great slot game to arrive) and I like the cash back. Since I never win, I’ve utilized the 40% cash back frequently. Also, I do love customer support. They’re the best!

This is my go to if I can afford to deposit money to a site and play. I enjoy the game selection but wish there were more bonus spins for long term users regardless of their last deposit. Or something that might reflect loyalty

Had a deposit attempt and the deposit company didn't post to my account or back to my bank for 11 days and at the same time of withdrawal it overdrafts my account when the deposit was canceled at Bank before it did final attempt to pull it . They successfully withdrew and did not return my money for the 11 days and in which time I emailed roaring21 multiple times with the same. Lame answers that they were waiting for a response after 2 days of nothing I was told the same thing over and over then when they had confirmation the deposit company told the. 5 to 10 business days . Why is that possible when they can take it immediately from me to do nothing for me but cause overdraft issues and a hassle. It was refunded finally with not even thank you or a sorry .. very very sad issue with this crap here lately. Amongst other fairly recent issues that have been handled not to my advantage at the time of incident.
Having a hard time wanting to deposit thru roaring21 . Have used sister site a few times now and I am leary of that also since it's the she people handling it all ... very discouraged good customer

I certainly thank you. I am and have been a loyal and for the most part a satisfied customer. I see post about the rules when people don't get a payout from over betting and have had that issue only once since I read the terms I have not had an issue with that at all and have cashed 4000 and below a couple times so anyone who says it's not going to happen due to it being a scam are wrong and should read the terms. I understand why your company is very strong against it for FAIR gaming is nothing but good for consumers and for company owners . Again thank you

Hello to All, I do like getting bonus free cash and bonus terms with no max cash out. As far as banking my Credit Union does not have swift code. So always have to get a check sent which takes 4 to 6 weeks to process. That would be a good change. I have been gaming online for over 25 yrs. RTG newer games for last couple of years have been high to very high variance games with sorry better luck next time after finally getting bonus free spins etc at times. Something you would never see with old games. It's hard to cash in anything with coupons

I joined this casino and di well the first week or so. After withdrawing I can't hit anything. I am beyond 30 deposits and nothing.
Typical withdraw casino and then they lock up your account so you can't win.

Stay away do not play at this casino
they have no problem taking your money but they have an excuse every time you try to cash out $ 4000 lesson learned

The slots are ok just a lot of repeat concepts on them. And as far as winning…it doesn’t happen very much. I can put 100$ on here and spin 100 times betting a 1$ and maybe win an 1/8 of the time and it’s never a lot. Just a few dollars. I think bovadas winnings and payouts are way better. So I will be sticking with Bovada!
