Renting a house is often considered a huge risk and potential burden on your time and finances.

We opted to use Robinson Reade having purchased the house through them and having a very smooth experience. We rented over 3 years to several families and it could not have been easier. The team made sure we were made aware, whilst handling all issues quickly and to a great standard. We never had our house empty as the team lined up new tenants before the last left.

I would strongly recommend using their managed services, all work completed by their network of contractors was cheaper than quotes we received outside, and always done to a wonderful standard.

There aren’t words to express how above and beyond Robinson Reade went for us in the sale of our home. Not only did they sell the house quickly, to a cash buyer, at asking, but once the sale had happened they didn’t rest until completion. Robinson Reade have something I’ve never found elsewhere. A lovely lady called Donetta. Make no mistake, Donetta is lovely, but she also GETS. THE JOB. DONE. She doesn’t rest, working on both the sale, onward purchase and at times right up and down the chain to keep things moving, to keep you up to date, and to make sure the whole process is as stress free as possible. I’ve used Robinson Reade twice now, and though I have no intention of moving again, wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Robinson Reade is great, Donetta is SPECTACULAR.

I can't rate Robinson Reade highly enough - if I could give 6 stars, I would!

From the moment we were shown around our vendors property by Sharyn, to exchange day with Donetta, they have been with us every step of the way.

Robinson Reade wern't infact our estate agents - we purchased our onward property from them. But the level of service they provided us despite us not being clients of theirs, was outstanding.

Sharyn is a fabulous estate agent - she is knowledgeable, approachable and communicative. If we do sell in the future, I will absolutely be using her services, and recommending her to others in the interim.

Then Donetta - an absolute superstar in the sales progresser world. Through the whole buying process, Donetta was in touch with us every step of the way. She truly went above and beyond for us to ensure we were kept informed and reassured when things wern't going to plan, as is always the case!

From the very first meeting right through to the sale completion the sales team impressed me with their friendly professional service. The brochure and the walk round video were first class. The house is unusual and they paid great attention to ensuring that the right valuation was made. This price was higher than their competitors figures but they achieved a sale close to the asking price. Their service was good value and I would recommend their service without hesitation.

I had a particular long and problematic sale but without the team beside me I would never off completed my sale . Their respect for your property during COVID was exemplary and very happy that all precautions were set in place taking the worry away through these difficult times .
