Terrible Experience – Still Waiting for My Refund
Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend this company.
My order was significantly delayed, and after waiting for a long time, I requested a refund. The company confirmed in writing that my refund would be processed within 10–15 business days.
Unfortunately, despite that commitment, I still have not received my money back. I have contacted them and followed up regarding the refund, but the issue remains unresolved.
This has been extremely frustrating. Delaying an order is already disappointing, but delaying the refund after confirming a specific timeframe is unacceptable.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. Customers should be very careful before placing an order, especially considering the difficulties I have faced in getting my money refunded.
I am still waiting for my refund, and if the matter is not resolved promptly, I intend to escalate the issue through the appropriate consumer protection authorities in the UAE.

Team changed the wrong item ordered
Had a great experience, made a mistake while placing the order. The team was helpful change the item with the one I needed. Got the delivery yesterday.

Legit International Shopping
So I ordered the Rhodes essentials kit which was a good deal and it came from US in 12 days whilst a Leatherman which came in 2 days. The items are as described. Keep rocking I guess
