My experience with Rogue and Wolf was insane. I was really surprised by the service. Responses were really quick and I had some extra wish for my shoes which were considered without hesitation.
All mails i received were written by actual people and not automated which is not the case often.
Super sweet team it seems!

The customer service was good and they kept in constant contact. The quality of the items were good, just not for me on this occasion. Thank you for dealing with this so quickly. The delivery was quick also.

I'm grateful to the customer service as they were helpful with the return process.
A little bit of feedback: my husband and I own a couple of long sleeved tops (Crystal Queen and Alive/Dead). 3 years and many washes later, they are still in very good condition (both made in Turkey). Same with the tote bag; very good quality and made in Latvia.
Sadly, the new printed boots didn't suit me or my husband and they crinkle on sides like wellies do. But they do look very pretty!
I would highly suggest items to be made in Europe as they seem to be of higher quality, like your old tops and cardigans. They were so so good!

Hmmm, also für 149€ für ein Paar Schuhe erwarte ich zumindest ein Kunstleder oder ein vergleichbares Material. Die Schuhe sind definitiv nicht Wasserfest und wie warm sie tatsächlich halten bleibt abzuwarten.
Ich war heute jedenfalls nach dem auspacken doch echt enttäuscht.
Also Fazit:

I purchased a pair of boots and got one pair free. I ordered them on 03 Dec and received them on the 21 Dec; well within the timelines for postage advertised. They were coming from China so be aware that it does take a while. There was a slight smell to them which I believe was the glue but that can only be expected having been packaged up for around 2 weeks. A little airing won't hurt. The fit exactly and they feel very comfortable. One pair for me and the other a nice surprise for someone just after Christmas! Nice things are worth waiting for and unusual too :) Love them, thank you.

The boots i ordered took 3 weeks to arive. They looked good, fit niceley, are warm and confortable. But... the boots are NOT WATERPROOF. Thats realy stranges for autumn/winterboots. Walking in the rain left me with soakingwet soks and feet. Living in the Netherlands were it rains most of the time... the boots are pretty useless. So, think twice before buying.

I was a bit hesitant because of the mixed reviews but I'm glad I gave them a chance. The boots are beautiful, so comfortable, and so far seem to be good quality. I ordered the wrong size so contacted them and within a few hours they'd edited my orders for me. Never had any issues reaching them either. The boots did smell odd at first but I just left them for a bit in a well ventilated room and now they smell fine. Would definitely recommend.

I fell for the offer on Instagram, buy one get two pair of shoes/boots and bought two pairs of each.
First problem was I thought I was ordering from Europe so I didn't expect they were shipped from HongKong.
At arrival the smell of chemicals from the boots was horribile.
Next they don't look quite as they did on the website, where they were pretty cool.
Third they don't fit my foot well, they look more shabby than chic and the comfy shoe with the lunar meadow drawing is slightly ugly and the other pair (same model and size) is slightly smaller than the other pair, so inconsistency on sizes.

So now I made a request for return, but they won't communicate how to send the items back and get my refund, but I gave two stars in benefit of doubt, maybe they will send it to me soon... Let's hope so...

I got a reply from the customer service and my money back, all well!

Bought in to their BOGO footwear sale and I’m so happy with my purchase! The print on each pair of boots looks nice (I got the Aurora and Wolf Study ones) and the boots are SO COMFY. I have a bunion on one foot; a milder one but finding shoes that don’t aggravate it is hard and these don’t bother it at all. These are special occasion shoes for me so I figure they’ll last me at least a few good years.

Ganz billig produzierte Schuhe, fürchterlicher Gestank nach Chemie beim Auspacken. Bisher wird die Rücksendung verweigert (die Firma will stattdessen umtauschen)

Ich kann mich nicht beklagen. Ich habe die Schuhe so erhalten wie bestellt. Sie sind bequem und sehen Mega cool aus.

Ich war erst skeptisch aufgrund anderer Bewertungen, bin aber positiv überrascht.
Die Schuhe kamen doch recht zügig, sind sehr schön und sicher verpackt in einem extra Beutel mit reichlich Polsterung.
Kein schlechter chemischer Geruch! Die Schuhe sehen absolut wertig aus und sind sehr bequem.
Ich bin gespannt, wie lange sie halten werden, aber qualitativ würde ich sie tatsächlich als bessere Deichmann-Qualität bezeichnen!
Werde wieder bestellen. Die Designs sind so schön ❤️
Umtausch und Kundenservice kann ich entsprechend nicht beschreiben, die Größen passen wie bestellt!

Vu le prix je m'attendais à des chaussures de belle qualité, hors ça sent le plastique très fort, semble peu resistant et ça vient en réalité de chine...
De plus elles ont mis énormément de temps à arriver, plus de trois semaines.
Je suis assez déçue, je ne commanderai plus chez eux.

de kwaliteit van deze schoenen zijn echt slecht. De schoenen werden bezorgd in een vuilniszak en er kwam een enorm chemische lucht vanaf. De schoenen zien eruit alsof ze na 2 keer dragen uit elkaar gaan vallen, dus mijn advies is; koop niet van deze website

Sized way too big even though I choose a halfsize that never fails me. The print of my Lunar Tide boots is crooked and blurry. Arrived from china, smelling so strongly of chemicals I don't dare to put them on my feet for an extended period of time, not even have them in my appartment in case it would harm my cat.

Chaussures commandées et payées le 28/09/24, nous sommes le 09/10/24 et je n'ai toujours pas reçu de délai de livraison, uniquement une confirmation de commande et pas d'autre nouvelle.

I'm very pleased with the customer service I received from this company.

Firstly the boots I ordered are absolutely stunning and really good quality! I accidentally ordered the wrong size and I requested a return. I had a quick response and they were more than happy to replace them with the correct size for me. On this occasion I preferred a refund and they were more than happy to process this for me as well as allowing me to keep the shoes I had ordered to gift to someone else in need which I'm grateful and the company went above and beyond for me.

Thank you very much to their team, I'm glad I get the chance to pay their kindness forward. I will definitely be ordering from them in the future :)

Ship from China

I'm very suprised by the "Quick delivery" and "two week delivery" claims, since I now (after two weeks) see that my shoes are being delivered from China. They're still in transit from there. I won't speak about the quality just yet, because not everything that is manufactured there has to be trash of course, but it does not allign with the sustainability and other claims made on the website. Good to know before you order!

It took a while, but so worth the waiting!
Received my order today, the still smell like the glue for the shoemaker. The are so pretty! Seems like a very high quality!
Worth the price and the wait!
