What an absolute shower of a company.
I had to return a item I bought for my sons Christmas present. This took months to resolve because I would only receive a email from them every week or every few weeks. They said they they had received it then they hadn't.
It took advice from which and trading standards, and finally escalated PayPal claim to get a refund.

By the way, their returns policy doesn't confirm with trading standards 😕

Their are so many better companies to use, I made a mistake and regret it.

Very poor customer service on the after sales care. Items were missing from the brand new game but after several emails no response

The packaging was badly damaged in the post which caused some concern on receipt, but as it turned out the box had some minor surface damage but was otherwise in tact. It did, however, arrive in good time.

Ordered a book (2 left in stock). Received PayPal confirmation but no confirmation from Rogue Games. Checked website the next day, book now 'out of stock'. Emailed to query. No reply. Filled out online form. No reply. PayPal dispute opened and refund received from PayPal. Super disappointing as I like supporting smaller stores.

Still not received my order from October 2022 at the middle of March 2023 and the customer service is appalling as they do not give updates and when you ask for updates they only reply occasionally

They have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE VALUES, are UTTERLY DISHONEST and, as far as I am concerned, are THIEVES. A complete disgrace to online shopping and themodelling community as a whole - see below for details.

Purchased Warhammer Nighthaunt battalion boxed set.

The website advertises free postage for orders of £75+, however it turns out it requires a code (unlike most websites, where it is automatic) and I couldn't find anywhere to input it at checkout. As there was no confirmation screen after the paypal bit (this is highly unusual), I also had no way to cancel at that point.

I emailed them IMMEDIATELY to request either the postage be refunded or to cancel the order. They ignored this. After dispatch I emailed again to say I was not impressed with them ignoring the request and say again to refund the postage they also completely ignored that email...

To add insult to injury, they didn't even bother to post it in a box, so it was completely crushed in the post and is USELESS as the gift for which it was intended - which means I'm left with £100 of miniatures that are valueless to me!

At all costs, avoid these morons like you would a dose of the clap!

Ordered a game for my husband's birthday. It was easy to order online and cheaper than other online shops. It also came quicker than estimated.

Ordered a back order item that has since been discontinued by GW, requested a refund for the back ordered item (was initially willing to accept store credit) but got no response, it has been a year now and I have been contacing them regulrly with no response from their email or social media. Avoid at all costs.
