The team at Rokform made the entire experience stress and hassle free, for my partner and I. As a first time buyers, we were naive to the mortgage application process; but with the help of Rokform we were guided through the entire process via emails, phone calls, and in person catch ups.

Working with Kelly, Lorna and Rockform made our experience of buying property go smoothly.
Kelly’s communication was consistent and respectful throughout the process.
Both myself and my partner have very busy schedules and Kelly / Rockform was respectful of this and arranged to meet to discuss certain things outside of normal working hours. We felt ‘looked after’ all through the process and would definately work with them again.
Lorna was also brilliant, who searched for lower interest rates for us and was able to save us over £100 monthly. We were really grateful for their support and professionalism.

We were recommended Kelly at Rokform by a family member when we were trying to get a mortgage after being told we had been declined by another mortgage broker.
Kelly was constantly communicating, with us and updating us throughout the process and answered every question we had to make sure we got the mortgage we needed.
My partner is self employed and the other mortgage broker made us feel like that was going to hinder us being able to get the mortgage we needed but after speaking to Kelly her professionalism, knowledge, and dedication reassured us getting a mortgage wouldn’t be a problem and we had a mortgage offer within a couple of days after getting in touch.
