Avoid. They let you deposit as much as you want but when it comes to withdrawing they won’t accept you documents and ask you to email KYC who never get back to you. If you do want to withdraw you have to wager your deposit x 5 which is only visible in the small print. Never know a casino like it.

I had balance go from $300 to $100, they removed everything to make it reach terms & conditions so that was bonuses completed no longer bonus funds, as reached wager requirements & max €100, they then kept everytime i won kept removing my balance when i went to withdrawal.
€600 they removed when I had already completed the bonus. Wager requirements & max win. Can't keep reducing my balance to $100 every time I won. Scam. Stay away

Deposit bonuses come with a sneaky term that state that max cashout is 5 times the bonus amount credited. This is insanely bad and predatory.

100 EUR deposit with 100% bonus. That's a max cashout of 500 EUR after wagering requirements are met. Let's say you're playing 2 EUR bets, which you might do with a 200 EUR balance. You get super lucky and hit a 1000x win while wagering. Your balance is now over 2000 EUR.

You play on, you finish wagering and the moment it's done ... you're left with 500 EUR.

Horrible. I'm mad at myself for not combing through the terms, but honestly, I was just looking at the basics of how much I had to wager, max bet and what games were allowed.

On that note, their list of games that are either not allowed to be played with bonus money, or games that contribute less to the wagering, is absurdly long.

I also experienced a win not being credited to my balance, and support was condescending and unhelpful. It did credit to my balance after five minutes or so, but when I asked if they had some technical issues on their end, the agent just told me to check my connection.

After finishing my wagering and seeing my winnings disappear, and promptly having a balance lower than my total deposits for the day, I contacted support to close my account. The agent responded by telling my that casinos are a matter of taste, and that they have many "generous bonuses" on offer.

I insisted that I wanted my account closed, and he then asked me to reconsider because they have such good bonuses.

Finally he told me I had to email support for account closure. I did just that. They have yet to reply to my profanity filled email.

Obviously I never got to the point of withdrawal, but judging by how predatory and unprofessional they are in other areas, I can't imagine anyone having a good experience on that front either.

TLDR: Scummy, predatory and shady casino. Offers tempting bonuses with sneaky max cashout terms. Support responds to requests for account closure by begging you to stay, citing bonuses and loyalty programs.

Communication has been consistently poor, and interactions often felt unprofessional. What can I say about this company? In my experience, they move quickly when it comes to taking your deposits, but when you need a payout or support with an issue, suddenly you’re told to wait days. You can make deposits and should be eligible for cashback based on your level, yet you practically have to chase them for it—and even then, they always seem to find reasons not to follow through.

I was assigned a VIP manager named Lily, and based on my interactions, I found the customer service, communication, and empathy lacking. Her approach to resolving issues was simply to refer me back to the T&Cs.

The last few days i keep getting promo emials to deposit. Doesn't have emails to join but seems to look like emails someone who has signed up to usuall sites have. I signed up yo a site 2 weeks ago with a different name and have had emails since then. Either its a sister site or its one of those sites ive been a member of for years that they closed down and then opened back up with another name but kept everybody's info. Reading reviews to see who they might be.

I made a crypto deposit on this site using their listed payment methods. One of the options shown was ERC20, and that is exactly what I used. After not seeing the funds credited, I contacted support multiple times and even provided screenshots of the transaction. Despite this, they told me I had done nothing, and later claimed I had used the wrong wallet. They are now saying I must wait 60 business days and that $10 will be deducted. This is unacceptable and highly suspicious behavior.

I deposited VIA paysafe and withdraw only had skill? So there was no option to withdraw? And customer service could not understand what the problem was! It is a large company that is fair and offers good odds, withdrawals take between 1 and 3 days, agents call weekly to speak with the customer with a pleasant conversation and make the customer feel comfortable to ask some questions, without a doubt a huge company.

Tried to close the account and they told me not to rush the decision and offered me free bets / bonuses. For someone who’s made the decision to stop gambling this is not how you expect account closures to be handled.
