As per usual sweet nothing. So submitted charge back because kryptonim who is linked to this on here payment wise has bad reviews to with this and many other non Gamstop casinos.

My experience of playing at Rollino has very positive! The selection of games is fantastic! T&C’s are fair. Never had a problem with a withdrawal. Alway paid within 0-48 hours 👍 The best thing about Rollino is the customer support! Best I’ve come across. Personal, friendly and very quick to respond. I honestly can’t see where people have had issue. Can’t blame a casino for bad luck 😜

Don’t believe the people leaving…

Don’t believe the people leaving reviews here are necessarily experienced players, nor do I think they’ve fully checked the wagering requirements on other platforms. For instance, I always ask my manager, Christi, to verify this for me. It’s not that difficult to do through WhatsApp if you know what to ask and when to ask it. An online casino isn’t a charity; meaning to be fun, obviously. Just like at an amusement park, people don’t usually complain about not winning toys. So, be smart and approach it like an adult

As an experienced player, can confidently say that Rollino account managers always offer me the most relevant non-deposit bonuses. Know this kind of things might sound like a bit of a trick, but really works in practice. Important to explain the true interests and expectations clearly, as they’ll often be more willing to accommodate you when they understand what you’re looking for. In a way, quite fun to have a sort of "pen friend" somewhere on the other side of the world, helping you out with bonuses and making the whole experience more personal and enjoyable. After all, the more open and transparent player is, the more rewarding the interaction becomes

Fraudulently allowing UK players to deposit

Allowed me to open an account and make numerous deposits despite me being from the UK.

I have asked numerous times for a 50% refund of deposits in the interest of fairness and have been ignored.

Awful customer service.

Rollino support has been fantastic

Rollino support has been fantastic! My manager was great in explaining all the details about using bonuses, and everything went smoothly. I even managed to withdraw some profits after just a couple of weeks. Wouldn’t say online casino is my side job, but every now and then, can easily make an extra 200-300 EUR. Not just about luck, guys, but also about staying informed on upcoming sports events, players, and, of course, having a good agent is key. Sometimes, I need extra help with placing combo bets, and it’s reassuring to know the team is always there when I need assistance.

Always try to approach the wagering requirements with a calm head and steady hands. This process can sometimes feel overwhelming, but thanks to my account manager, I’ve been able to handle it with ease. There are times when the situation may seem more difficult than it actually is, but the support team can always clarify the bonus details and make your life a lot easier. They are easily reachable via WhatsApp or email, and they are always there to assist you. Once had a case where the T& C’s were extremely difficult to understand, and while they felt a little unfair, the account manager still took the time to call me personally, just to make sure there were no mistakes from my side. Very thoughtful of him, and I really appreciated his extra effort. This level of customer care makes a huge difference and adds a personal touch to the whole experience

Crypto withdrawal 

Crypto transfers turned out to be the best way for me to take my wins from these guys. VIP manager took the time to explain all the available options over the phone and guided me through the entire process, including the terms and conditions. Just keep in mind that even for crypto transfers, you still need to be verified through the company’s KYC. It doesn’t take long, but can be a bit annoying. That said, the good news is that you can eventually transfer your crypto to your bank account. All you need to do is reach out to customer support—they’re super friendly and easygoing, always ready to help!

Truly Disneyland experience

Truly Disneyland experience! Just checked out a few table games and live casino. Didn’t expect to win, but now waiting for my very first withdrawal lol! Maybe luck, maybe fortune, depends on your own outlook. Enjoyed the graphics and the variety of similar games as well. Roulette, blackjack, and even a few Monopoly versions, hhh—it brought me back to my student days. The table games were also fun. Wasn’t looking for anything too serious, but it’s a great way to spend some free time with yourself.

Avoid this casino – they closed my account for no reason and kept €3,500 without justification

I played at Rollino Casino completely legitimately, and without any warning, they closed my account and falsely accused me of arbitrage and other activities I never engaged in. On top of that, they kept €3,500 of my winnings without any real explanation.

I asked for clarification, but they refused to provide evidence or review their decision. It’s completely unfair and dishonest.

Warning: If you play here, you risk losing all your money arbitrarily. I’ve never had issues with other casinos, but this was by far the worst experience ever. Avoid at all costs!

Update:
They replied with a generic message, ignoring all facts. I’ve already contacted support — they refused to review the case or provide any proof.
I’ve reported this to Curaçao GCB and Neteller.
I will keep warning others about this dishonest behaviour.
I’ve also started exposing this on all other casinos operated by Altacore N.V., the same company behind Rollino Casino.
Players deserve to know that this group confiscates winnings without cause.
I will continue warning others until this situation is resolved.

Update (Reply to Rollino) (25-03-2025):

Your reply once again avoids addressing the real issue — you provide no proof whatsoever of any arbitrage or value betting activity.

I played on Rollino for nearly a month, consistently placing bets — many of them with high stakes and low odds — and even losing significant amounts. During that time, I was contacted frequently by your VIP team with exclusive offers. Only after I finally started winning and requested a withdrawal did you suddenly close my account.

I have sent several emails to your support team requesting clarification — none of them were answered. So this public reply pretending to be open to dialogue is clearly just for show, intended to mislead others reading these reviews.

You invoke “arbitrage” without evidence and ignore your own rules, which require transparent handling of user accounts. This is nothing more than an attempt to confiscate legitimate winnings.

I will continue to share this experience publicly and warn other players across every platform I can. People need to know how this group really operates when players win.

9.6. It is forbidden to engage in any Arbitrage Betting and/or Value Betting activities.

9.7. In the event of Arbitrage Betting and/or Value Betting player activity, Rollino is entitled to void all bets, withhold and forfeit all money in the player's account, and terminate the player's account.

As a result, your winnings were canceled, and your account was closed with no option for reopening. Our Risk Department conducted a thorough review before making this decision, which is final.

Friendly bounces during the year

Just so everyone knows, my main goal was always to have fun! Used up all the bonuses I could get, haha, just for the joy and entertainment. My agent would offer me something new every week, plus extra gifts for Christmas, my birthday, even St. Patrick's Day – don’t drink beer, but really like this guy, haha! Tried out some games with free spins and even dabbled in sports betting. Didn’t have much luck, but hey, at least got a free shot.
Please, don’t think I’m a bonus abuser – just go for the extra benefits with my deposits. These bonuses made Rollino a lot more appealing to me than other iGaming platforms. Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs, can deposit with bank but only withdraw in crypto also there is a secret 5x wager on any deposits before withdrawals are accepted, meaning if you deposit 50 you need to wager 250 before you can even withdraw. Won 300 on it and had to set up a crypto wallet to withdraw, only for my withdrawal to be canceled by the site with no explanation until I asked live chat and they told me I have to wager 5x before withdrawing. Worst site ever avoid!!!!!

Exceptional Service

The gentlest marketing I’ve ever faced, seriously! The female agents are lovely, the emails are super attractive, and the free spins are a nice touch. Cool marketing nice bonuses


Once upon starting to feel like a victim of some clever and well-crafted marketing, haha! Their emails were so tempting, so couldn’t resist the bonuses. Maybe it was my own fault, but all in all had a lot of fun with unlimited access to special offers and exclusive deals. Btw ended up trying out a bunch of new slot games thanks to their promotions. I have made a withdrawel 5 days ago. And the casino have not payed out the money to my bank. I will not recomend this casino. Other casino pay out money the same Day or the next. I dont know yet if I will get my money at all. If you think you can earn something at all on a casino stay away from this one

Great casino!
Had a few very big wins and recieved the money promptly! I never accept bonuses and I think that’s where people are going wrong. The only thing I would change is the maximum withdrawal limit of £500 but overall I love playing on this sit! :)

Scammers

I do not recommend betting here, or you will lose your money. They are THIEVES!!!! Their terms state that you must wager your deposit 5 times; I have wagered it at least 10 times, yet they still won’t allow me to withdraw my money. The support chat is completely useless; they keep referring me to their KYC email, which I have contacted 5 times—the first email was sent 14 days ago, and I still haven't received a response. On the chat, they keep telling me to send another email and come up with similar excuses. I lost 250 EUR, and I strongly advise you not to bet here, or you will lose your money too.

This is email I got from them today, it says all - Rollino Casino's Risk Department has completed a detailed check of your account PLAYER7308342.

During the check of your game session the following project rules were found to be violated:

9.6. It is forbidden to engage in any Arbitrage Betting and/or Value Betting activates.

9.7. In the event of Arbitrage Betting and/or Value Betting player activity, Rollino is entitled to void all bets, with hold and forfeit all money in the player's account, and terminate the player's account.

Due to a violation of rules, the amount of your winnings has been canceled and your account PLAYER7308342 was closed without the right to reopen.

The casino is not responsible for opening a new account or for any losses you may incur after opening a new account.

We reserve the right to terminate an account created in violation of these rules at any time.

This decision is final and cannot be changed.

You cant place value bet. Its totally nonsense. If you place on Real Madrid against Barcelona and 5 barcelona players got injured and odd on Real moves down, its valuebet and they can steal your money and close account. IT SAYS ALL JUST AVOID THIS THIEF SITE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Casino didn't pay my larger winnings! They smaller ones but my large one they didn't want to pay. I opened a comolaint on casino guru and casino guru demanded them to pay me but they still refuse.. Scam Casino

When you refund me I’ll change my review! Until then I’ll make noise everywhere possible! I just registered, deposited funds then immediately blocked from playing as in the UK. The live chat response….. ‘you can install a program to change IP address’…. Absolutely not!!!! Refund my deposit immediately
