I have deposited funds and worked my way up to VIP, my account was verified and I have made numerous attempts to withdraw funds they are asking for photos of my debit cards which I deposited, unfortunately I had to destroy my first card I used and renewed the card which was a different long number but they are still consistently adamant they want to see the destroyed card I don’t use and won’t release funds, even though I have sent proof of address , photo identification and also my most recent debit card photos with all my name on and proof but still not good enough,

I registered and there was a offer of 20 free spins with no deposit.
I did not get them and after discussing with one of the customer service they said I did not use the promo code, but actually they did not had one. So please run from this dodgy website. If they want their image broken for 20 spins this would say everything about them. WASTE OF TIME

So , i have uploaded documents as requested to verify my account , the only thing I didn’t noticed is that when i registered i used my previous address, but still they shouldn’t close my account for this reason , i had 500€ to cash out now everything is gone . I tried to email them that i can provided other documents to prove my identity. But I did not get any answer from them . I can only say this casino is a scam

Rollino is a good website for slots and table games offering great bonus incentives also, however be warned…. They have a very sneaky clause which requires you to wager your deposit over 5 times before you are allowed to withdraw any winnings. Therefore even if you deposited 1000 pounds and won 5000 on your first spin of any game you would have to gamble 5000 to be able to withdraw. Further to this they have a daily withdrawal limit of 500 euros (funnily enough no deposit limit though) which means if you win big you have to withdraw it over a number of days. I felt this was very predatory knowing that most gamblers may use their balance whilst waiting to withdraw!

I made a $250 deposit using cash to code vouchers - which should be instant. The Cash to Code platform is saying the vouchers have been used. Yet, I have no deposit at the casino. The online support would initially not even look at it giving standard responses and was totally dismissive. Then the support email has been rude, not really caring about the customer. It is a Friday, Cash to Code is closed over the weekend and I will not have the deposit I made in good faith under a bonus offer. I am very angry at this point (15 hours post deposit). I don't have time or energy to deal with this terrible experience and customer service.

I registered today from UK todau and they took my deposit. After taking my deposit was directed back to the site saying UK is banned use vpn to bypass. If I use vpn. I will never see the money again. That's what they want. Banned from site and the account balance is zero. They've taken the money. This site is a scam. They tried taking another 50 euros from my account without permission. I have alerted the fraud team from my bank and they said this has scam written all over it. Don't bother emailing them they will play around with words and not get to the point... Why would they let me put my UK address an dlet me register and message saying verification complete and let me deposit money and only to be told uk is banned. Becareful guys out there. Luckily I have video proof and screen shots. Emails are baseless. Return my money. Most likely they will send an email saying sorry to hear, it will take this long and it's not them it's the bank it takes this long for pending. Even with direct bank transfer lol etc and bullshit so they can money launder for longer. Your account will read zero forever and you will be conned. Any positive review is a paid review or they've written themselves.

I have had a large win on this site over €100,000 and have been told I can only withdraw €500 a day! I sent all the documentation they required and was told this has been accepted via email from KYC which is there finance department.

I received my first withdrawal of €500 however the last two I have tried to withdraw keeps coming back as cancelled and they are telling me I am entering my IBAN number incorrectly which I have not done I done it exactly the same way I done it before which was successful. I have emailed NUMEROUS times and have had no reply. The only person contacting me is someone called jade via WhatsApp and says she is doing all she can to see what’s going on but somethings just not sitting right!

I have tried to contact them via there KYC email to discuss having the withdrawal limit increased from €500 a day as this will take me over a year to withdraw however no one is getting back to me

AS soon as I won any money they accused me of value and betting and took ALL of my money including my deposit. They will just say you value bet if you win SO DO NOT USE.
