Ich habe 100 eingezahlt mit 100% bonus = insgesamt 200€. Wagering war insgesamt 6000€, dann kurz vor Ende vom wagering habe ich 3500€ gehabt. Wo bonus fertig war habe ich nur noch 500 echtgeld gehabt, weil maximum x5 von einzahlungsbetrag. Ok. Now i am in similar situation like others... i try to withdraw money (poor limit 400 euro par withdraw and you cannot made another withdraw before previous is not complete...) 400 euro and they dont answer on emails. I made a complaint and they have blocked my login for 'gambling addiction' whilst I have an active balance and they are no longer replying to my emails.

If they turn it around I will update my response, but so far my dealings with customer service have been very bad.

I would consider myself an experienced gambler and therefore will give an honest assessment. Love the layout and games, plenty to choose from. I went on a very hot run, deposited €168 and built it to just under €75k in 3 days! Of course I feared they would not pay out. A week of providing documentation I was fully approved.
