UNTRUSTWORTHY! There was a bus for Fiumicino airport in front of Termini station, the driver was not there, I bought a ticket online thinking that the bus was going to depart at the time showed on screen, only after the expected departure time I managed to get hold of the driver that informed me that the coach I was willing to take had been cancelled. The next bus was too late for me. I requested a ticket reimburse by several emails and telephone calls but no reply.

We scheduled a shared van with another group for a total of 8 passengers plus the driver. Both groups listed the number of suitcases we had in each reservation. When the driver arrived he did not have enough space for all the bags and people. He wanted us to squeeze in and ride without a proper seatbelt. I refused and the company tried to charge me the full fare; instead of admitting their error. This company charged $225 per group to take us from the port to Rome (45 minutes or so). For that amount; I expect to have my own seat. I would not use this company.

Avoid, at the airport they lure you to purchase the ticket claiming bus departs in several minutes , then you wait 40 min watching how other operators depart on time, when you try to go back from Rome they can randomly cancel the bus. Avoid this company to avoid stress.

We had purchased tickets to get to the airport, but the buses were cancelled, so we had to take a taxi. The desk at the airport told us to send everything by email to customer service and that we would then receive a refund. I have already sent several reminders to customer service and used the contact form on their website, but they simply do not respond.

Online schedule and real schedule don't match. Bus is old and the time to get to termini is not 45 min as advertised.

I was taking a bus at 4am to Ciampino.
Purchased a ticket the day before.
When I wanted to board the bus 10 minutes prior the departure, first words from the driver were 'bus does not go for one person'....
Let me tell I was not happy to say the least. There is no mention of such a rule anywhere on the website, and at 4am that was the only way to get ti CIA airport.
Luckily more people showed up and bus went to the airport, but the driver gave me a proper stress that I won't be ablectovtake my flight. This kind of behaviour is utterly unacceptable.
The worst possible experience regardless of if the bus actually went tovthe airport or not.

Scam company!!!!!!
