I see some negative reviews about clothing sizes, and I can't speak for that since I didn't order any clothing. However, I did order some accessory and jewelry items on two different occassions and both times I had a wonderful experience - great prices, great sales, quick shipping, complete orders, and quality merchandise. I am very happy. Honestly, I found them after having a horrible experience with Nihao Jewelry, so I went looking for another online store that could offer what Nihao offered at a comparable price, and I found Romwe. I ordered items similar to the ones I couldn't get from Nihao and the Romwe order went so well that it helped me heal from the trauma of the communication I was forced to endure with Nihao. I highly recommend Romwe, and I will be ordering from them again in the future.

Ordered 2 xxl shirts that were way too small. I sent them back for a refund. Instead if a refund, they charged me for 2 more shirts. I contacted the company and they said it was the bank.. I called the bank and they said it was Romwe. Although they did refund the original amount, the 2nd charge is in pending limbo with the money removed from my account. They need to update their sizing charts for USA and refund this 2nd charge.
*Update- they removed the 2nd charge and refunded the first amount. It took several for the pending 2nd charge to be removed from my account and the money put back, but it was removed.

Just horrendous, items never came, were shipped and sat in the ‘local facility’ for weeks but I’m beginning to wonder if they were ever shipped in the first place. Emailed the company and was asked to wait an additional 4 days, waited those days and then was told that my items ‘might have been lost in transit’, no real checks were done. Only silver lining was they issued me a refund quite quickly, certainly won’t shop with them again though.

Guys DO NOT purchase from this website! this is a scam!!! I did this mistake and never got anything of the items I have purchased very very disappointed I am! NEVER GOT my money back and THEY ADD EXTRA ITEMS after you place your order so a new total amount get created and they got away with more than £100 from me and couldn't get them back...

I first ordered my package on September 4th it is now September 20th and my package was supposed to be delivered today but I have not received it. I talked to customer service and they said that my package would be delivered October 4-5th. I'm extremely upset because I didn't get any warning or update on my package I had to ask. The only reason that i'm giving this review a 2-star is because hopefully I get everything in the package.

J'étais plutôt satisfaite au début mais je rencontre un problème actuellement. On me notifie que ma livraison a échoué car mon adresse est incomplète. J'ai pourtant bien renseigné mon adresse, je suis donc confuse.
Le transporteur m'a fait savoir que le colis a été renvoyé à l'expéditeur. J'ai contacté le service client de Romwe par message pour qu'on me réexpédie à nouveau ma commande. Depuis aucune réponse. J'espère vraiment que mon problème sera réglé car je tiens à cette commande.

He pedido unas 3 o 4 veces en ROMWE. Soy de México y nunca he tenido ningún problema. Me llega unos días antes de la fecha indicada. Siempre estoy pendiente del seguimiento aunque no siempre está actualizado así que esto es más de fe jajajaj. Podría decir que es totalmente confiable. Solo antes de comprar algo lean bien comentarios, no todo lo que te llega es tal como te lo muestran.

Sachez qu'en générale je suis plutôt cool au niveau patience et tout ça mais vraiment c'est abusé...Malgré quelques vêtements chouettes et à la bonne taille, la qualité d'autres reste terriblement à désirer et je ne parle même pas du système de retour qui m'as pris une éternité a compléter en sachant qu'a chaque infos demandée que je leur donnais on m'en redemandais (j'imagine pour décourager le client de continuer la démarche)... au final ils m'ont filé une adresse de retour inexistante et j'ai payé 70CHF pour leur envoyer ce foutu colis qu'on m'as renvoyé (PS: leur système de service client est inefficace car il est impossible de poser ses propres questions)

My order was never shipped but is says shipped on app. I try to contact customer service too but no answer. I lost my money and didn’t get my order too. Waste of money and your energy. This website sucks

Schlechte Qualität der Produkte, Kleidung geht nach nur wenigen Wäschen kaputt. Zudem ist der Kundenservice unfreundlich.

Never got my order they say it shipped and delivered n yet nothing

So I ordered me and my daughter some things and I also ordered some things for my business.The things that came from my nail business were great quality also the things that I bought for me and my daughter we’re good quality.The only thing I had an issue is certain pair of pants the crotch was so long it look crazy like I ordered a large but my pants look like they were a 2x I had to roll them up several times but I’m going to return it which is messed up because I really love the top of the bottoms don’t fit and they feel so cozy but they’re just too big. Then I wish they would start selling a size 9 and shoes I wear an 8 1/2 so that’s the size I got and my toe is touching the tip of all the shoes I was able to give them to my daughter when I went back to see if I can order size up they do not sell shoes in a size 9 a lot of the shoe stop at at eight or 8 1/2 which really sucks because I really like the shoes.

Hace poco realice un pedido en la aplicación de Romwea por la cantidad de $188,67 y lo cancelé por medio de Paypal!!! Tengo como justificativo de mi estado de cuenta de la tarjeta que me debitaron que se realizó a la hora que yo estaba haciendo el pedido, asimismo me envió Paypal un mensaje a mi correo donde indica que se efectuó mi pago mediante la aplicación la referida aplicación. En la app de Romwe indica que "esperando de pago" pero ya pagué!!!!
Necesitó ayuda es una cantidad fuerte.

ive made a few orders from ROMWE now and I’ve been so impressed! It’s so cheap and the quality is so much better than I thought! Quick delivery and good packaging! So impressed would recommend xx

Im going to be honest in this one.
Personally, I disagree with all negative comments, I bought a few stuff from Romwe, I bought a pair of Mary Jane shoes, a pair of Baggy y2k jeans, a Vintage vest etc. And so far perfect quality, came in about 2 days late, not bad at all and to be honest I would DEFINETELY buy again. Its in trend, cheap, great quality, pretty cute, but i would recommend buying a size up larger because their sizes aren't always the same as the size you might be talking about.

Je commande sur se site depuis 2017/2018, je n’ai jamais eu de souci :) même la fois où j’avais commandé des barrettes pour cheveux ou il en manquait 2/3 dans le paquet on m’a tout de suite remboursé via le porte monnaie.

2 things missing, I do not recommend buying from ROMWE, horrible…

The clothes are very poor quality and I tried to return them and I got no response. Also my order in the app was erased and that’s the only way you can return them, I’m guessing they new I was going to try to return and decided to erase my order
