I dunno why the rating for this is so bad, i ordered a two shirts a pair of joggers and some hangers for my room and it all came in perfect condition and earlier than they said. Would definitely 100% recommend.

Asked me to send them a picture of my license to confirm who I was as apparently my purchase was flagged as potential fraud (fair enough so I sent it)

They later replied saying that wasn’t enough and they wanted all these screen shots from my email,PayPal account as well as the picture of my license I had just sent them.

Infuriating company to deal with emails are written in poor English so are hard to understand specifically what they want from you.

Won’t be using again.

Ho fatto qualche ordine ed è andato tutto sempre benissimo, anche più veloce di shein, al quale è molto simile perché penso sia una sorta di affiliato di quest'ultimo, cose molto particolari, ci piace assai.

This is absolutely the worst customer service website I have ever encountered. I have spent over two hours trying to contact someone to report a damaged package with one missing item and still have not been able to do that. I tried the alternate website suggested in other reviews and that was just as worthless. If someone could contact me I would really appreciate it.

En verdad la gente que tiene malas experiencias a sido mala suerte, ROMWE tiene ropa muy bonita, eh pedido sudaderas y en verdad no sé comparan con otras marcas, eh pedido un pedido y en 5 días han llegado, desde China a México, en verdad me eh vuelto fan de ROMWE, no búscate otra marca, seguiré adquiriendo ropa de ROMWE

I received my order, but one of the shirts I purchased was damaged. Really hassle to return since I have to pay for it so meh. Update once I receive my second purchase, hopefully it's much better.

i ordered Mary jane shoes from romwe and I was a bit worried because my delivery wouldn't come but I saw my delivery this morning and I tried my mary jane shoes and they fit perfectly and I'm happy with them I would buy again thank you :)

War erst skeptisch aber hab’s mal ausprobiert und bin echt positiv überrascht. Habe zwar keine Bestell-Bestätigung bekommen oder Rechnung bei email, dafür konnte ich die Sendung gut nachverfolgen so dass ich mir keinen großen Kopf gemacht habe wo meine Ware ist und ob sie überhaupt versendet wird. Die Ware kam nach einer Woche ca. an und ist wie beschrieben (man kann keine hohen Erwartungen an die Qualität legen, aber sollte jedem bewusst sein der dort oder bei irgendwelchen anderen China Shops bestellt). Also ich bin richtig zufrieden:)

No ha llegado, lo pedí desde septiembre, se supone llegaba 15-18 octubre y hasta el día de hoy no llega, solo me dijeron que me daban 50 créditos que son 10 pesos pero no ha llegado mi paquete. Aparecía una notificación de que estaba roto, luego la borraron y no hay más actualización ESTOY DESESPERADA

Parcel 'went missing', customer service offered a refund or to resend the parcel, I asked for it to be resent but would like to raise a complaint as the token of apology offered by the company was if you get the original parcel you can keep it even though its obviously not showing up. Refused to raise a complaint for me and ignored what I said multiple times to give a generic response and 'we already gave feed back to logistics' instead of any kind of customer service. You'd think the least they could do for my parcel being weeks late is offer a discount or a partial refund for the delay. Company uses Hermes to ship and have terrible customer service.

This is why I will never orders from them again.sent an email to the company no reply to my email then I went on the internet and I found their help number which is .I call support and finally, I got my refund back but DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY FROM CHINA. CHEAPLY MADE CLOTHES

It gives big coupons and reduction and it says in small print that you may have to pay customs... Multiple times... You will!!!! And i'm from Canada, i learned that the customs are at least 40$ each time!!! it doesn't make up for all the reduced prices!!!!

Very bad company. I only received one item out of my order of many items. It was a hassle to get to a customer service representative to re-ship. By that time, one of my items was sold out so it had to be refunded. The customer service representive told me I get a 60 point compensation. That is equivalent to 60 cents. What a joke. This company tried to take my money without sending me the items. Very crooked and scam like behavior.

I just ordered and payed and they sent me an email that the money was deducted from my account but it still says on romwe that the order is waiting to be paid and i payed 635.99$ that’s a lot of money please fix it
