No exchanges or refunds. Beware. And wrong sizes are common.
I have been a very loyal customer of ron dorff products over the past two years , speaking over $2000 on swimwear, underwear , shirts and shirts there sizes run small and their size charts are often wrong , but I was willing to put up with this because I’d the exceptional product quality. I would simply exchange my my size large do an xl , or get a store credit for a return. This all changes this month when I purchased a pair of pants in size large , which the size chart said should fit a 34-36 inch waist. The pants are way too small and I need an xl size. Afyer many polite emails to customer support. I was told they no longer so any exchanges to the U.S. AND there are no refunds on sale items. So buyer beware. Unless they get their sizes on their siz charts right, you may be stuck with some expensive ill fitting goods. This was a major disappointment. It’s a shame their customer service is not on par with the quality. Imagine Patagonia, Vuori or REI level of service with this brand be they would kill it. I will not be buying again.

la qualité pour certaines série de slip notamment la ceinture étroite est tres mauvaise, après 1 lavage ils boulochent et donne un aspect de vieux chiffons.
la collection large ceinture blanche est serrée c est regrettable. c est sexy ciblé clientele gay mais sans vrai confort DOMMAGE

They do not care about your loyalty
Just changing the return policy left me as a frequent shopper without words. Their fits are not consistent, so there is always a need to order more items to determine the right size for a specific item. A defect of them I was happy to accept. But then suddenly they changed their refund policy, and the unhelpful customer service also did not manage to care about my customer satisfaction. No consistency, and no service, that means no more orders from me. Anyway, the quality isn't the same anymore as a few years ago.
