Roofracks.co.uk レビュー

Very happy with the service we received. Ordered a Thule roof box and go bag set to replace an old top box that was too big for our new car . Delivery was extremely fast and arrived 2 days after ordering. I couldn’t find my confirmation email from them but had not noticed it in spam under Snow chains . James happy to send another copy. But that was my mistake. Would definitely buy again from them

A supplier that goes the extra mile. As I was considering who to purchase my roofbars from online I could see that some suppliers suggested they may be able to match keys if they had the key number in stock. I called two suppliers. The other supplier just offered a full set of locks that I would have to change myself. Roofracks said that the number I had was an old number. I also asked about delivery. I ordered from Roofracks as the delivery was good and the matching key wasn't a major issue. The racks arrived ahead of schedule and I was pleased to see that they had searched around their stock and found a set of fixings with keys that matched my existing equipment. Thank you.

John at Snowchains Europroducts provided me such fantastic service! I wanted to upgrade my roofbars and fitting kit for new car and he worked through all of the options and answered countless questions from me quickly and professionally. New bars on on their way!

First delivery came within a few days second delivery same I ordered wrong item returned it for a refund money paid back into my account within a couple of days would definitely us this company again

My Thule Ocean 200 arrived quickly and in perfect order. Great company to deal with. Recommend.

First class experience. Ken answered numerous emails. Then assistance was given when I had product technical difficulties. Team were superb. Very happy, the service was excellent. And as a Thule dealer my locks were changed to same key, great. Do not believe a few poor reviews - this business has great after sales which you can’t put a price on! Thank you team.

Hugely impressed when I got a call out of the blue from Roofracks after I placed my order. They were calling me to let me know what I ordered would have been too large for my car. They helped me change my order to the right size roof box and made all the adjustments to my payment. Many other companies would have taken my money and let me deal with the problem. So glad I decided to shop with roofracks rather than chance it with Amazon.

I very rarely leave feedback but I had such a positive experience and experienced such good customer service I have to leave a good review because it’s so rare to receive such good support.

Great service: knowledge advice, timely delivery and follow up. Second set of roof rack after 5 years and service has been as good as last time.

Twenty two years ago. I walked into a motor accessory shop and bought a roof rack off the shelf
Not so easy today. Racks are no longer available
And buying roof bars is a minefield with different fitting kits for cars
Snowchains Europroducts trading also as roofracks co uk make it much easier. their website was superaltive at quickly guiding me to the CORRECT choice No room for doubt I ordered a kit yesterday and it was delivered at 07:15 hrs today
Need roof top accessories or racks for your car ? Look no further

Having travelled about 80 miles to collect my item the staff were extremely welcoming very efficient and helpful. Under COVID-19 rules and regulations they were very mindful of safety.

Ordered the "Thule EasyFold XT 2 933" online today with click and collect. It was an efficient process both in communication via email and collection. Thanks for the great service!

Can not thank Micheal an Ben enough.
Rang in for a roof rack and the following morning it was on my van.
Outstanding service.
Keep up the good work lads.
Thank you 😊

Outstanding service from ken and his colleagues.. out of hours parts pickup is a fantastic idea for collection. Thoroughly recommend using them. Phil....

Great experience, ordered online after advice from Ken. Turned up this morning at 9am by 930am my new roof rails and box were all fitted. The Team explained how I remove for storage. Highly recommend.

Perfect service. Using the useful car model selector on the website, I placed an order for some Thule aero bars at 13:30, I had fitted them by 11:30 the next day due to them arriving the following morning. All done and dusted in less than 24 hours. Lots of delivery notice emails stopped me having to guess on a day too.

Needed to buy a pair of bike carriers, these guys had a great price, and were local, but with work commitments I was going to be unable to collect prior to the weekend. I rang them, and found out they have an excellent after hour collection service. The communication was great. Made life very easy, and I'll definitely use them in future.

Excellent service from Ken at roofracks.co.uk. Unfortunately things don’t always go to plan and one item I received was damaged. Ken was easy to contact, communicated well and went out of his way to send me a replacement. Very pleased with my roof bars and the service I received. Will be using Ken at roof racks again for my next purchases!!!!

NASA should employ or contract these guys. Their delivery service is on par with light speed. I reckon they could have got the Perseverance to Mars in about a day when taking into account the delivery time of my roof bars! I ordered last night, and they were here first thing in the morning, even Amazon Prime can't compete with that! Outstanding.

After finding the parts I wanted online, it just so happened that roofracks.co.uk was just down the road from me. I didnt know this at the time. The next day Ken from roofracks saw I was local and called me and offered for me to come down and they would fit everything for me. I pulled up and they lept out of the office and fitted the parts within 20 minutes. Ordered at 8pm, fitted the next day! Excellent service, will come again.
