we're sorry to hear that you had a few incidents with your prior roommates.

Please bear in mind that using an online platform to rent a room or looking for one is always an adventure, and sharing the same roof with people from different origins and cultures has its benefits and downsides.

Our job at Roomgo consists of assisting and protecting our users, we preview, review and check new and old advertisements; However, we do not scan, vet or interview any of the members who are using our service. Therefore, we always remind our customers to be selective and meet the person before proceeding with the move.

Firstly, I'd like to clarify that registering on the website, posting your ad and viewing all the listings/matches available is completely FREE. In addition, contact is not only restricted to the Premium Members, as a Basic Member you can send interest messages to all users on the site and the Premium Members are completely free to get in touch with too.

We are also very sorry to hear that you’ve had no messages regarding your property, kindly note that you may have to wait to hear back from the tenants you are interested in, as not all the users log in to their account on a daily basis. If you have not received a reply, it could mean that the user is yet to read your message, or your room doesn't match what they are looking for.
