An excellent reliable company with first class visiting plumbers, always helpful to provide additional advice.

I had a leak from my underfloor heating and even with their hectic schedule, Roost managed to get an engineer to my home within an hour and the problem was resolved to my satisfaction. Would definitely recommend them to others needing a plumbing service.

I have used Roost for a couple of years now. I have found them to be consistently efficient and charming, both the office team and the onsite personnel.
I can highly recommend them.

Chris the Engineer and Jack the Apprentice from Roost Heating arrived very promptly and introduced themselves to me. They got straight on with investigating why our underfloor heating system was not functioning at all. Quickly resolved and explained exactly what it was to my husband and even though it was not what we had thought it was - the pump - they had the part readily available on their van. It is great having our system up and running again.
Really really nice chaps, well presented, nicely spoken and excellent at what they do. First time we have ever used Roost Heating. Selected this Company as their Company reviews were so good, They are based in Winchester and we are Fleet. Tareq whom I had initially liaised with was most helpful and responsive when I sent over videos of the issue we were experiencing (thank you Tareq) and Eileen and Belinda in the office were just delightful at assisting me and booking an appointment. They are very busy - now I know why. We 100% will be using Roost Heating again should we have any underfloor heating problems or require it fitting anywhere else in our property. All round I give Roost Heating 10/10. A*+. Thanks guys 👍🏻

The man that came to fix the underfloor heating was excellent, knew exactly what to do, fixed everything, gave us sound advice. We have had different people look at it but none with the experience of this guy

Excellent service. Chris knew everything to know about underfloor heating as well as all the associated information for setting up the timers etc on the Heatmiser app. Very pleased.

The engineers were punctual and polite. The installation of a new thermostat was more complicated than initially thought, worked together to resolve and were able to complete the job. Most would have given up on a Friday afternoon!

Efficient, polite, informative as usual

Having checked Trust Pilot I contacted Roost Heating who responded immediately to my call requesting a visit as my old boiler finally gave up on the coldest week of the year and my existing service provider was unable to establish or rectify the problem. Tarek from Roost visited the same day, managed to get heating going and explained at my request the requirements to convert existing to a new combi boiler system and then providing a fully comprehensive quotation.
The work was started three days later by Aiden and Max whose work ethic was excellent, professional and knowledgeable, polite clean and respectful of the property. I was updated throughout by the kind office staff. Within two working days I now have a new system including a power flush. Thank you to all the staff at Roost Heating who I would highly recommend.

ROOST HEATING have installed a new boiler & hot water cylinder recently and I cannot thank them enough for the work. Chris and Max were so courteous and considerate at all times. They finished the work quickly, were very tidy and went the extra mile.
I have used Roost for a long time and they have always been reliable even to the office staff!

Boiler and Megaflow tank both serviced, very happy that there were no issues and everything was straightforward. Thank you Roost.

A 2 day job made painless by Max and Aiden who were cooperative, tidy, competent and reliable. Thanks to them we now have a new boiler just in time for the cold weather.

Boiler developed a fault so had no hot water - Roost heating responded so quickly and all sorted within an hour or so
We use them for annual boiler service also and always very reliable/ helpful

Roost Heating came to help us with reconnecting our solar hot water system and correcting some pipework on a hot water cylinder which had been incorrectly installed. I found the office staff efficient and helpful and the Roost Team knowledgeable and very thorough. They also identified another problem with a second hot water cylinder and returned to do that job. All in all, I can recommend Roost Healting.

Excellent response to enquiry, inspected, upgraded and repaired solar water heating system. Prompt and efficient service from Christian, Chis and Max.
