Lovely products, nice on the hair

Honestly, I can't sing enough praises about Root2Tip.
Their grow-it-long hair serum has literally changed my hair game.
If you have a scalp issue I would thoroughly recommend it, it's completely cleared mine up!
The team are super helpful and really great at pointing you in the right direction.

I have not used the product but the buying and shipping process was easy and the product arrived quickly and well packaged.

I tried so many products for my daughter's hair (she is mix-raced with very curly hair) until I came across root2tip an realised I was basically hurting her health and not even benefitting her hair.

Never going back, I love these products, this time I tried the butter and it is fantastic.

The product arrived on time and customer care follow up is positive. However, I have not contacted Root2tip to make an enquiry or amend an order; therefore, I can’t evaluate their response time or even if there will be a response.

I stumbled across Roots2 tip whilst perusing the internet for good quality hair products for my daughter who has type 3 hair and a loose curl pattern. I had spent a lot of money on other well-known brands that either had a lot of nasty chemicals in their products or did not give the moisture that my daughter’s hair required. Unlike other customer service agents that just tell you what you want to hear when I contacted Sal, she was professional, gave me such good advice and recommended the products that would be good for my daughter’s hair- she even threw in a discount too! I bought the kids version honey Rain hair juice curly hair detangler and the heaven hairs milk and was immediately impressed at how natural the products were in terms of ingredients and smell. The Honey Rain hair juice is brilliant, my daughter’s hair is really moisturised and is now easily de-tangled with minimum breakage- it makes wash days a breeze. I have bought so many expensive detanglers but the honey rain hair juice is hands down the best detangler that I have ever bought. Coupled with the heaven hair milk, which is so light and moisturising and does not wear my daughter’s hair down they are the perfect combo!! Thank you Sal for providing hair products that are of superior quality. My search is now over, my daughter’s hair is no longer dry and brittle and I will keep on buying Roots2 tip products from now on. :)

These products are excellent. They have really helped my 2 granddaughters hair. One has a sensitive head so combing/ brushing was painful. Now it’s easy and she does not experience so much pain. The comb/ brush glided through. The fact they are natural is a bonus too.
Service was excellent and we received the items quickly.

First time using root2tip ordered sunlight curl creme for my LO she has medium to thick hair and so far so good.

I don't usually leave reviews but I absolutely love this miracle moisture milk, I use it for the lco method (I have relaxed hair) it leaves my braid-outs so juicy, moisturised and defined. This is my second bottle now and I don't think I'll use anything else. Definitely worth every penny I would highly recommend it.

When I contacted Sal at 6am on a weekday via WhatsApp she responded immediately and with full recommendations to my delight. Her customer service is excellent and she provided loads of video tutorials specific to my daughters' hair and my haircare concerns. The products were fast to arrive and just as fast to make a huge difference to my daughters' hair!
The citrus shampoo and conditioner smells amazing, and the Back to School package had an amazing hairbrush included too. The honey rain juice and heavens hair milk are wonderful products, and I can see a HUGE difference already after just 2 weeks of using the products - she now has shining, healthy, nourished condition. I love the sunshine butter too for days when we leave her hair in natural curls.
I would like the products in larger sized bottles please!
