Abi at Rosebud has been nothing short of outstanding. We came to her as ‘first timers’ with a brief with unusal hours, and she walked us through how to make this an attractive role and what we could expect. She guided us every step of the way, through interviews and ultimately to offer. She placed a great nanny with us who decided she wanted to return to a nursery setting, and subsequently found us another brilliant nanny followed by a short term nanny to cover an extended period of sickness. Each time Abi had been consistently excellent in how she has guided us and the candidates she has put forward. I could not speak more highly of our experience!

I have worked as a childminder for many years. After deciding I woud like a change and work as a nanny I contacted Abi at Rosebud. She was professional and very friendly throughout the whole process. I contacted Abi as I was looking for a nanny to look after my 10-month-old, at my 4-year-old's birthday party. I initially described in my email what I was looking for, then Abi and I arranged a call to discuss a bit more about the details of what was expected on the day. Abi's communication was excellent as she kept giving me updates on her search for a suitable nanny for my request. Eventually Abi found someone and sent me her CV & details, and helped arrange a time for me to have a chat with this nanny. The nanny she recommended was very experienced, knew exactly what she was doing without me having to ask and my son loved her. She even offered to take photos/videos for me when the birthday boy had his birthday cake. She really felt like part of the family at the party, and I did not have to worry about my 10-month-old at all. He was happily playing with the nanny, fed and napped when he was tired. I was able to focus on the party and talk to the other parents. Some parents at the party asked where I found the nanny from and they were surprised that it was our first time using this nanny because both my children were so comfortable with her. It was a perfect day and all thanks to the nanny and Abi's excellent recommendation. I would definitely use Rosebud Nanny Agency again when I need some childcare support.

I rang Abi one day after feeling completely frazzled trying to do 'the juggle' of full on jobs and childcare. Best phone call I ever made! I had always been overwhelmed by the idea of a nanny, but Abi very calmly talked me through the process with absolutely zero process - so I could start to understand rates, what a nanny could do for us a family (so much more than before) and help me untangle what was in my mind to creating a job description and advertising it. Abi was able to suggest a brilliant shortlist of nannies and helped us with interviewing too. The nanny we selected was backed by glowing references that Abi had sourced, and Abi also arranged for me to speak with one of our nanny's employers too. The nanny she found for us has been a game changer - she swopped in and took so many of the juggle stresses away and allows us to be the parents we want to be. She has been with us for 2.5 years now, so Abi is skilled at getting nanny's that are trusted and work well with families. Abi has since always been so kind with her time, as I've reached out for advice on pay benchmarking etc. If you're considering making a change in your childare, ring Abi now! She will gently guide you and help you and get something that works. We feel so much less frazzled as a result and it even allowed us to get our cherry on top - our third baby - that we wouldn't have been able to consider if we didn't have such a reliable childcare solution.

Abi understood our specific babysitting needs, and found us a great match within only a few days - we are delighted!

We have used Rosebud a number of times to find a nanny to babysit and they have always been amazing. Then I need help finding nannies to help supervise children at my wedding reception at short notice. Abi was amazing find 7 nannies to the day (even when one needed replacing last minute). All our guests commented on how amazing they were and several of those with children asked for the details of the agency (even the photographer). They made our wedding day as everyone (even our little guests) could enjoy themselves. I cannot recommend enough.

Would 100% recommend, we used Rosebud Nanny Agency to book 4 nannies for a wedding at Ashridge House. Communication with Abi was brilliant from start to finish, she was super helpful and responsive.
