We have used Abi on more than one occasion over the last 6+ years to find nannies. As our childcare needs have evolved we’ve worked with a few nannies and every time Abi has been quick and efficient in finding suitable candidates. She has always taken the time to understand our family and current needs. In emergency circumstances she has been able to find temporary cover at very short notice. Her guidance on all things admin and payroll is also invaluable if it’s the first time you’re employing a nanny. I would definitely recommend Abi!

Abi was really good at understanding the type of person I was looking for, and she found me a wonderful nanny in a matter of a few days! She was helpful regarding the admin behind hiring a nanny, answering my questions about the contract, and holding my hand throughout the process. She is also really nice. Abi takes the time to talk to you to find out what sort of role you are looking for and then finds you the perfect family. We've had such a brilliant experience with Abi at Rosebud agency. I really couldn't rate her highly enough. She's found two nannies for us - one in 2022 and one in 2023. Both times we needed help at quite short notice, and Abi was so helpful at finding us such high quality help so quickly. Both the nannies we have had through Abi have been brilliant with the kids, kind, caring, great at cooking and other household jobs. And generally just really nice people to have around. And we always felt that Abi really did care about providing us and the nannies with a good experience. I would most definitely go back to Abi in the future for any further childcare needs.

Abi, I just wanted to leave you a quick review to say how absolutely brilliant all 3 nannies were on Saturday. They were punctual, smartly turned out and approached us with warm smiles. Not only did they get straight on with entertaining the children, they approached arriving guests and relieved them of their children!

All of the children had a very enjoyable day and the level of interaction was fantastic- not only did they look after the children but got involved with games and entertained them. It was a 5 star experience.

Abi put my mind at ease and has always been available for catch ups if I need reassurance. The most excellent agency! Abi helped us to establish our needs before shortlisting excellent candidates and in the end helping us to recruit a brilliant nanny through another reference. When our first nanny went on maternity leave, Abi shortlisted again and we found an equally brilliant cover. Always available, practical and pragmatic with great knowledge and advice since we met, I’d recommend to anyone.

Having no family nearby to help with childcare we felt lost and in desperate need of some help with our two young kids. We found Abi online and got in contact with her to request some help. Abi was very professional, friendly, and quick to understand our requirements. Abi made us feel at ease during the whole process and ensured we were always kept in the loop which was very encouraging. Abi found us a fantastic nanny last year. Before speaking to Abi, I was concerned it would be difficult to find a school wrap-around nanny. Abi took time to understand our requirements and we had a selection of CVs to choose from. All the nannies we met had been screened and were lovely. Abi was a great help with the contract admin process once we had found our nanny too. Would recommend.

I have used this agency twice in the past 4 years and each time I have received excellent service from Abi. She is knowledgeable, prompt and with a great range of nannies to recommend for each family's specific needs. She does all the necessary background checks and initial interviews and then provides you with the CVs of a number of suitable candidates and it is then up to you to pick out the ones you would like to interview. She was also great at helping us with the contracts and the sourcing of a reliable payroll company. All the awards she has won in the time we have known her are very well deserved.
