Abi has been brilliant matching me up with the perfect family. I had always been used to working as a nanny an hour away from my home, however she found me an amazing job just 10 minutes away!
She was quick to respond to emails, always professional and honest with me right from the start.
She helped me prep for the interview by preparing me with what questions the family might have. This was an enormous help as it made me feel confident and ready.

Abi is amazing, friendly and very professional. Over the years I’ve been registered with a few nanny agencies, but Rosebud nanny agency go above and beyond to find parents the right nanny , & Nannie’s the right family. Communication is spot on and Abi worked very hard to get me registered so she could put me forward for a nanny vacancy. Nearly 3 years later I am so happy in my nanny job, myself & my two boys are treated like part of the family. Hopefully I will be here for a few more years yet. Abi has gone above and beyond for our family. She has helped us find Maternity nurses and Nannies during our first child. Without Abi’s support it would have been extremely difficult to find the right people for the job and it’s fair to say she found the right people.

Abi goes above and beyond to listen to your requirements, discuss options and give advice about the process of finding and hiring a nanny. She was brilliant throughout and supported us with finding and vetting multiple candidates, setting up interviews and follow up trials, providing a contract template & guiding us on the payroll side of things. Always on the end of the phone at a moment’s notice & very happy to help with any request. I’d highly recommended Abi. She knows the market inside out and is very honest and straightforward with her insights and guidance. We originally used her to find a nanny (2021) and were very happy with the cvs she sent, her advice and the successful candidate. We didn’t really know what we were doing, and she guided us through the process. We’ve since used her for ad hoc advice/market insights, which she’s more than happy to give. She is very reliable and efficient. Abi ‘gets it’ from the parent perspective.

I have always used Rosebuds to get my nanny jobs because she always does what’s best for the nanny and family for both to be happy. Also when I need advice I know I can always message her and she will get back to me asap with a professional answer. Abi has helped us twice in finding a nanny. The first time was in 2021 when our son was aged 12 months old. We had no experience of childcare but Abi was reassuring and informative every step of the way. Abi provided references and arranged for us to meet our nanny prior to hiring and this made all the difference in ensuring we chose the best person for our son. We had only planned to hire a nanny for a few months but as our nanny was the best we could have asked for, she stayed with us for 20
months. Our nanny was kind, reliable, communicated well and looked after our son like she was a family member. We honestly could not have asked for more!

We also needed a temporary nanny on a very short notice due to unforeseen circumstances. It was a very difficult time as I was not well. Abi not only promptly found a lovely nanny for us but also went above and beyond to draw up a contract for us herself given my situation. We will never forget her kindness. Our second nanny was reliable, caring and brilliant with our son.

Our son is now aged 4 years old and he remembers both nanny’s fondly. They wonderfully contributed to his development in the important early years and allowed my husband and I to work with peace of mind. Many thanks to Abi for all her help!

Abi at Rosebud is fantastic!! We have used the Agency for both babysitting services and to also help us find our long term nanny for our twin boys. Abi is extremely helpful, fast to respond to queries and has an incredible contacts list for babysitters. Every single one of her sitters and nannies is regularly DBS checked and their first aid certificates etc are also checked periodically to ensure everything is up to date. Abi also helped us set up the payroll part for our nanny too which was a massive help to us. We continue to use Abi for babysitting regularly and cannot recommend her and Rosebud highly enough! She is a superstar!!
