I have Submitted 3 requests to Rose gal to swap 1 dress. They have a 30day return rule - BUT THEY WON'T Answer me! I don't understand why they want you to create a Login, enter your order, but then don't allow me to start the return! I just want another size, good grief!

I have been ordering from them for years... even tho dresses I ordered before were beautiful and I love them so some no longer fit me as they were very form fitting so I'm very happy the material they use now is stretchy so way more forgiving. I love buying holiday theme dresses and so excited they now have matching couple outfits. My hubby and I have bought 5 sets now
My husband and I ordered matching outfits. The dress has a hem in the bust area which is clearly not shown in photos straps are very large. Now Iâm sending my 2 nd round of pictures. This is ridiculous, just send my refund label.

My wife and I placed an order for matching outfits to wear on vacation. It was fun shopping for them and exciting to receive the clothing. Shipping was as quick as can be expected, knowing that they were coming from overseas and had to deal with Customs, etc. Sadly, some of the items did not fit my wife. Since they were bought as sets, I figured we were screwed and there was not enough time for replacements to get to us. I expected a hassle to get a refund, if we ever even got one. I was wrong. Rosegal responded quickly to my email and asked me how they could make it right, exchange or refund. I selected refund and within a few days I received what I thought was a fair refund considering these were his/her sets. Rosegal did not want me to return the items, but rather asked me to donate them to a local clothing charity of my choice. Honor system. I could not have asked for a better resolution. Great Customer Service!

The fabric was not consistent in color and looked worn in the strap area. The straps were sewn much larger than should have been and were not easily correctable. Though initial contacts seemed resistant to return/ refund, they eventually did promise a refund. I haven't seen it yet, but it takes a little time. I'll still hesitate to order, based on the inconsistencies in the fabrication of their clothing I've seen with my eyes and read about a little too late.

It is absolutely unacceptable that I am being asked to pay again for a delivery that has not been completed for the fourth time. I refuse to be held responsible for repeated delivery failures.
This situation is nothing but unfair and feels like fraud. I demand an immediate full refund of 72.38 USD to my original payment account.
If the refund is not processed without delay, I will have no choice but to file a formal complaint.
Consider this matter urgent.

After years of receiving their marketing emails with no purchase since 2018, I clicked 'Unsubscribe' to finally clear out my inbox. After multiple unsubscribes over multiple days I contacted them to advise I was still receiving their newsletter. I also raised a support ticket. They have dragged out the process and have still not unsubscribed my email 1 month later. I have now blocked their email address and I've reported their spam behaviour to both Google and ACMA.

Sizing and proportions are off. Getting a refund is a circular nightmare. I do not recommend this company or its products for US consumers.

I purchased an outfit and it didnât look right for my body type. Contacted Rosegal and they never responded. So I filed a claim with PayPal and they were able to get the company to contact me back. The company indicated that the only way they will re-refund my money is if I close out my claim with PayPal. I contacted PayPal to inform them of what Rosegal said, and they indicated that I should not close out my case because who says Rosegal will honor their request. so I did not close it out. So then Rosegal said that theyâll only give me $10 back for the outfit instead of the $40 that I paid. I contacted PayPal again to see if this was legal. Itâs like theyâre trying to bribe me in order to get my refund. PayPal has since closed out the case with Rosegal since it was not an issue covered under their protection plan. It either has to be an item that I did not receive or the item was not as described. So I contacted Rosegal again to see if I can get my money back and they told me they will not refund my money. So now I have an outfit that I cannot wear. Stay clear of this company. They are not an honest company. ᅩ

Placed an order... the shipping address is wrong. Sent e-mail prior to shipping to try to change it, got no response despite company saying they respond within 24 hours. Re-sent e-mail the next day- still waiting to hear something. Now it says it has shipped- hopefully can contact somebody to change before it gets to the US.
** It's now April 1, Tuesday, and still no word.
April 2nd I got an email saying my package is ready to be picked up?? Where, when, how? No details at all.
