Very helpful company gave my watch a new lease of life.

The clasp on my Rotary watch was worn (had it some years now) & an online search gave me the Rotary Watch UK contact details. So I emailed to ask for help to replace the worn clasp.
Every stage of my enquiry was handled quickly & efficiently, in a professional, polite & helpful manner, by all involved.
In just over a week & I had a new clasp on my watch, making it as good as new.
I was worried in case it was ‘trade only’, but clearly not, as I was sold a new clasp & my husband fitted it.
I would not hesitate in recommending the company to others.

Supplied and fitted clasp and curved



Visited the Rayleigh HQ for Rotary watches today.

They supplied and fitted a clasp and curved ends for a vintage watch strap while I waited.

Incredibly would not take a penny for this service.

Great job guys, will recommend you to all my friends and family!

Great and friendly service

Victoria was amazing. She walked me through all the options in a friendly and patient manner and made sure that the watch was delivered ahead of the deadline. Outstanding Customer Service! Just returned for another watch!

Great watch. The price is reasonable. The leather feels good on my wrist. I may purchase another if the price is reasonable and I like the color. Thank you.

Happy with the ordering process

Happy with the ordering process, no issues with the website, clear and easy to read. Delivery was great..ordered over the Easter period but no delays. Really happy with my lovely new watch.

Wearing Rotary
 another new watch

I’ve been buying and wearing Rotary watches for 30 years now and the movement is faultless and watch design spot on perfection. I now have a watch for all occasions from diving to posh dining

 my recent purchase was a chronograph quartz movement and I am still practicing how to use the full functions, the leather strap is so comfortable. I may be the few that wears my watch on my right wrist, something I did when a mechanic to stop the crown digging into my backhand whilst performing spanner 🔧 gymnastics to undo bolts
. I’m now retired but can’t switch wrist so odd I shall be 😎
