I have to give credit to Marcus Wise. Throughout the process, he was always helpful and responsive. He genuinely tried to resolve any issues and always acted in the tenant’s best interests.

Marcus at Druce is such a professional , personal and ” going the extra miles” person a client look for but rarely meet.
His way of working stand out among all the Chelsea’s agents I have been in contact with.
I highly recommend Marcus and he will be my 1 choose next time when I need my next ” home”

This is an exceptional estate agency with a very proactive and supportive staff, who really do have the interest of their clients. I would particularly like to mention and credit Stephanie Gunther and the team at the Brook Green branch who were extremely supportive. Stephanie's tenacity and resilience were so invaluable in ensuring the sale went through, she truly is an asset to the company, we are so grateful for all her hard work!

Had a poor experience trying to purchase a property through Druce. We were initially told Druce could subsidise the purchase price by reducing their fee at X price. That price was later reduced, then we were told by the director that Druce could not subsidise the price. Target completion dates were confirmed as fine/agreed (when they clearly werent. While we appreciate these things take time and it's not always simple to broker discussions, the communication was far too irregular and inconsistent throughout the process. We received few updates and felt uninformed about progress.

Would caution using them.
