We love our linen sheets. They are very comfortable and great quality. They launder well and don’t collect pet hair. We want more colors and styles to mix and match. We definitely recommend rough linen products!

Wonderfully absorbent and the linen gets softer with use. They dry all of my glassware streak and lint free and are pretty too. Love these towels!

I placed a new order with Rough Linen because the linens are so prized by me had been left in the tropics. White, smooth-linen curtains, and the king-sized summer cover and bed linens were used when a friend listed a great house in Hawaii. The curtains let the beautiful outdoors show through while keeping the strong sunlight from glaring and bleaching out hardwood flooring. The bed linens were gender neutral, age-neutral, classy, and instantly impressed without making a sound. Whatever the reason, the effect was universal in causing a pleasant reaction to the room. I believe it is minimalist clarity at its most appealing because the room inspires fresh awe. Rough Linen's tasteful textures and hues put forth "welcome home" like none other.

It was slow coming because of production issues I’m supposing. But Rough Linen sheets are so superior to other linen bedclothes I’ve purchased that I did not resent the wait. The Orkney sheets are substantial and very comfortable. I prefer to line dry, but sometimes I have to use the dryer and have found that lesser sheets produce shocking quantities of lint. Not so with Rough Linen; very little fuzz was in my lint trap after washing and drying this sheet. Happy customer here.

We have been shopping with Rough Linen for perhaps a decade. The quality of the linen is exceptional and very comfortable during sleep (we enjoy both the Orkney and the smooth linen). The quality is very consistent, and the customer service is fantastic - prompt, courteous, reliable. We have multiple pieces that we will enjoy for years to come, and our guests also enjoy the treat of linen bedding.

Never received my order from November 2023. If you reach out to support, they keep changing the timeline on when the orders will actually ship, but as of writing this on March 6, 2024 my order still hasn't even shipped. Don't waste your time with this company.

Update: After following up several times, the order magically shipped and IT WAS NOT THE ITEM WE ORDERED. All this after after months of waiting. A waste of time and money.

Great company. Quality products. Purchased the heavyweight linen sheets to try as I have always bought the lightweight ones before. Wasn't sure Id like them when They arrived, but I washed them in hot water and dried them and Happy to say I love the heavyweight over the lightweight. Best linen sheets I've ever bought, and I've purchased several brands. Waiting for restock on the natural color to purchase more!

These linens are especially gorgeous and well made. The quality,service and overall customer attention make me want more!

I have 3 Rough Linen aprons, two Bella and one original. I prefer the Bella because of the way the pockets slant and the rounded neckline. I wear one nearly every day, they protect my clothing and give me two big pockets to put everything in. Not sure how people garden in them, as they fall forward when you bend over. I'm a gardener and these aprons are much too nice to ruin in the garden! Get one, you won't regret it.

I recently purchased an Original Pinafore Apron. I chose this particular style and to use it as an artist apron! I love it. The straps which cross over in the back are especially nice and do not pull on your neck! The two large pockets in front are great for placing supplies or a cell phone ! I am a very messy painter and the way it crosses in the back it gives great coverage to keep your clothes clean. The fabric is so soft and very lightweight. I choose the magenta color which is vibrant t like my paintings. Thank you for such a wonderful product!

I love my linen napkins, tablecloth, and runner, big time.
Easy & beautiful, I used them for lunch today and my guest stood up and said" I love the linen napkins". :)

I love my linen! I'm Italian so I'm not easy to please when it comes to quality Linen, but I do love rough linen, they offer a few different choices on heaviness of the linen which I love.
I plan on purchasing more as needed for myself or family gifts.

Truly abominable.
Many delays in shipping which at first came with discounts and small gift cards as apologies. Then my order was wrong. I reached out to customer service and was told to wait because of an influx of emails. 3 weeks before I had to reach out to them to remind them. Finally I can return my INCORRECT order. It's now a month later and guess what? Still haven't received my original order. They just stole my money.

Beautiful towels. They hold their colour very nicely, and stand up to wear. Very absorbent; you can tell they’re real linen. Glad I invested in them.

Rough Linen is very responsive when I contact them. I ordered a bag for Christmas and they stated up front that it would take longer. When I later enquired about a delivery date they responded immediately. Their products are beautiful and in such lovely colors.❤️

After reading other comments on here, I can see I'm not the only one that's having issues with my new rough linen sheets. It looks like the new owners decided to cut costs and offload production to India now. The quality is massively inferior to my previous sets from RL. Very lightweight and flimsy feeling. I can also see some loose threads on the duvet covers. It's a big shame. These were my favorite sheets ever and now I'm gonna have to go shop elsewhere.

Purchased an apron for my mother as a Christmas gift. The quality was amazing and she was absolutely thrilled. I have asked to receive one for myself as a future gift! Highly recommend!

First already have tears in these sheets after less than 2 months. I purchased before a sale and when they delayed delivery for months tried to contact them for a discount to match the sale. No response for over a month. The biggest problem by far is the lack of durability. I wanted durable sheets and did research which said buy linen. I researched companies and found rough linen. For how expensive these are I expected so much more.

I own other linen garments, and wear them frequently, but I’m not an expert.

my personal experience with fabric comes from my great-grandmother, who never bought anything without first running her hand on the inside of the garment. Based on this simple lesson, I approve of the supple texture, and just-enough weight of the clothe.

The color, a navy blue, is opulent in its richness. Let’s stress this point.

The shoulder and sleeve lengths are perfect, on me, which is such a plus. The garment length is a bit shorter than my other robe by same (which is only an issue of psychological modesty).

Wonderful communication throughout, and I love this brand’s craft and care. I’ve exchanged quick, joyful emails after originally mispurchasing the incorrect size. Return was sorted in scant days, painlessly and without grump or complaint. Love that. It was entirely my fault, but forgiveness came swift and remedy swifter. I felt like I was dealing with not only a person, but a friend.

I have ordered several items from Rough Linen and they are all wonderfully soft and well made. I would recommend to anyone who wants a superior linen product.
