RoutePerfect is the perfect tool to plan your trip in Europe. I have used it for Spain/Portugal and now Italy - both driving trips for us. Great access to information about accommodation attractions and side trips. Great recommendations for how long to spend in each City based on the time you have and the type of experience you are interested in. It would be useful if the service allowed you to booked selected accommodation rather than an entire trip but that is a small thing. Highly recommended

When it comes to amendments, there is truly nothing tricky about it! Just be sure before proceeding to book that each of your accommodations selected have a free cancellation policy, rather than a nonrefundable reservation. With free cancellation bookings we are always able to assist with the amendments (before the deadline).

RoutePefect was perfect for us!
It was so very easy to register in all our hotels/accommodation and all were very central and comfortable.
We enjoyed driving to our own timetable knowing we had a hotel to stay at night that was central to all that city's activities .
And we loved Ireland... (except the weather!!)

The website was convenient and …
The website was convenient and generally fairly simple to use although it did seem to have one or two bugs that resulted in a couple of our bookings not being made correctly. When we enquired it was automatically put down to user-error (somewhat understandable yet rather bold being that the website isn't perfect) and blame was directed at us without consultation. The agent involved also directed us to contact the hotels directly to resolve the issue. One hotel, particular, was not pleased to be contacted directly about a booking through an agency and suggested we refer all questions to our agent. We did, however, manage to resolve the situation.
The information on each hotel provided on the website was rather minimal, however checking with other travel sites provided more information on each hotel.
Finally, the confirmation vouchers provided almost no information on the hotels, not even check-in and check-out times.

While we did not detect any bugs that could have caused errors in your booking, we do recognize that the site design can lead to user confusion about what is being selected and are working to work through many features that we think will make the planning and booking process more clear.
We did also initially think the hotel should be responsible for dealing with your request directly, but upon their response hope that we took on the role as promptly and efficiently as possible, and we are also happy that everything was resolved in the end.

Planning Made Perfect!
We planned our trip to south England through Route Perfect. The online experience is easy to help you coordinate your trip. We also booked our hotels through the website as well, which was very helpful, since we were unfamiliar with the towns we were staying in. We were able to find hotels that met our budget needs. It did seem as though we didn't get the best rooms available at the hotels (smaller rooms, handicap accessible, in high traffic areas), but we were OK with that, as we spent more time out and about than in our hotel rooms. We did run into a few instances where our contact information was listed from other countries, etc., but that was easy enough to correct. We found the ease of the online tools, email communications, hotel selections, and general planned to be top notch and would recommend Route Perfect to others!

We do recall that there was an error with your country of origin, which we were able to amend for some of the reservations, but not for others - fortunately when we checked with all of your hotels, they informed us that a correction wasn't necessary to check you in, so we hope that everything went smoothly.
We just want to give you a tip for next time - most hotels offer their smallest rooms at discounted rates, but we do offer rooms of all sizes on our site with varying discounted rates as well, and would be happy to let you know how to build a package with the exact rooms you want. Just let us know!
