ROWDY BAGS UK レビュー

Beautiful bag Thank you such good value for money

My order took alittle time to come however definitely worth the wait the quality is absolutely perfect such a special bag

I'd been thinking about buying a Rowdy bag for a while and I'm so glad that I finally did. It's a lovely bag, made of soft beautiful leather with a joyful lining. Delivery was fast. This may not be my only purchase ...

Amazing quality leather backpack! I have been looking for one for such a long time - if only I had discovered Rowdy sooner! The leather is strong while soft and slouchy. It’s just beautiful to look at and to touch. Rory was helpful and responsive on email.

Received my maple crossbody bag and am delighted with it. Have wanted a bag like this for ages but felt guilty about buying! Very good customer service and look forward to using it thank you!

I returned the leather wallet as it wasn’t the right colour for me but I cannot fault the quality.

I like it very much but would be improved if at least one more side pocket. But saying that good quality and very useful.

Really lovely bags, leather feel and look varies quite a bit so don't expect the same with different designs. But they are all really good quality bags and though response from customer service can be slow, the outcome was perfect.

Prompt delivery. Perfect size. Soft leather and good quality. Thank you

Placed my order on 18 June - have emailed with no response and rang multiple times. Rang first time and left a voicemail. Rang second time and had an answer but the man I spoke with said he was rushed off his feet and asked if he could ring me the next day. Two days passed and he never rang and now every time I ring it goes unanswered. Really disappointed as made this purchase as a birthday gift for a friend but the birthday came and went and still no sign of the bag. It’s such a frustration when you want to shop and support independent owners but they’re so unreliable. It’s no surprise everybody shops with Amazon and the like. At least you know what you’re going to get and when!

I really appreciated the extra effort so that I could get the precise item I was after.

Absolutely love my bag. This is the 3rd Rowdy product I’ve bought!!

Rory was really helpful, when I realised that my delivery address, didn't have the name of my cottage, which did arrive, and is beautiful made red tote bag, very well made.

Oh my gosh! I recieved my Rowdy bag yesterday and I am over the moon with it. I've been looking at these bags for such a long time, but I couldn't justify the cost. I've recently been told to be good to myself, sooo, after seeing the amethyst bag, I just had to have it! The quality is excellent, the leather is so soft, but thick enough that it's not going catch on something and tear easily. I can't stop sniffing it at the moment, haha (I love the smell of leather)! Delivery was quick, and I was kept updated through the whole process. Thank you Rowdy Bags! You've made this girl very happy :)

I ordered a bag which arrived promptly.
The quality of the leather was great but it was a slightly darker colour than I wanted. I contacted Rowdy bags via email, and they called me back, so we had a conversation and they explained how to return.
No issue and very supportive.
I hope to make another purchase soon

This is the bag I have always been looking for. It’s elegant, sturdy, versatile, comfortable, and I have received non-stop compliments on it. I’m in love with it. Thank you Rowdy!

Lovely bag, just what I have been looking for. Quality leather, well made

I love Rowdy bags and have bought 3 now. So well made and ethical too. What’s not to love!?

The product was better than expecting we have 2 couches in burgundy leather that are about 20 years old we thought we need to get them some love so we brought Rowdy bags aniline feed it not only fed the leather and make it feel soft again where it was feeling a little rough but it made the coulour really come out again so really pleased and we still have plenty left to do it again we brought 100 ml

Update 28.4.26 - Have now had a full refund from Rowdy. Faith restored - thanks Rory.
Contacted Rowdy at the beginning of April - the day I received my order- as I wanted to return it for a refund. After a couple of emails I received the response that they were on holiday until 20 April at which point they would be in touch. Despite a couple of reminders from me this week I have still heard nothing.
