This nail machine is amazing.

Chair arrived on broken pallet which was taken by delivery drivers. I might struggle in case of returning it.
They also unpacked chair on my driveway instead of doing it at home. Fortunate no scratches was made during carring it inside.
I got all video footage from my cameras if needed

Very good quality product

I am extremely disappointed with my experience purchasing from Roxie Cosmetics. I purchased TWO of the salon furniture bundle sets, spending a substantial amount of money under the impression that these were premium, matching salon sets. Each bundle included a beauty bed, moon light, trolley, and chair in a black and gold finish. As these were sold together as coordinated sets, I expected the gold finishes to match across all items. Unfortunately, they did not.

The moon lights that arrived were a completely different shade of gold, almost green in colour, and they also would not fit together properly. I ended up having to repurchase replacement moon lights from a completely different supplier at additional cost just to maintain a professional appearance within my salon.

The chairs also looked extremely cheap and poor quality in person, to the point where I had to get rid of them entirely as they did not reflect the standard I wanted for my business.

The biggest issues, however, were with both beauty beds. One arrived with missing parts. When I contacted Roxie Cosmetics regarding this, I was ignored and received no proper resolution, leaving me to source and purchase the missing part myself. And to add to this the adjustable height also doesn’t work.

The second bed, which was an electrical bed, arrived not working at all. This time I did receive responses from customer service, however the handling of the situation was completely unacceptable. Rather than replacing a faulty item that arrived unusable, I was told I would need to return the bed so they could “attempt” to repair it and then send it back to me.

The issue was that the way the bed had originally been packaged made it practically impossible to repack without destroying the box completely. Due to the substantial size of the bed, sourcing alternative packaging large enough was unrealistic. At one stage, a member of staff advised that if I could place the bed onto a pallet, they would arrange collection, although they stated if it became damaged during transit then it is what it is. I reluctantly agreed as I felt I had no other option, only to later be told that this arrangement could no longer be done. It became very obvious that there was a complete lack of communication between staff members.

Months later, I am still left with a faulty electrical bed that I purchased specifically to support my posture and wellbeing while working long hours in the beauty industry. Instead, I have been forced to work around a defective bed, which has now contributed to physical discomfort and injury.

I also waited months and months for this order to arrive.

Overall, this has been an extremely stressful and expensive experience. The quality of the products did not reflect the prices charged, and the customer service and aftercare were highly unprofessional. I would not recommend ordering from this company unless you are prepared for poor communication, unresolved issues, and a complete waste of money.

Roxie cosmetics have a lot of my favourite face creams and masks that I use. They are very responsive and will let you know via WhatsApp about your order updates. I’d highly recommend and would love to see more variety in facial products in the future.

Absolutely incredible salon bed, worth every penny - the wait was a few months but worth it. I also loved the what's app delivery update on my order.

Excellent company. The only company I can find where I can get the size of Pharmfoot cream I want. Unfortunately I could only buy the one pot as it was sold out. Hurry up and get some more.

Ordering was easy and although the email said delivery would be 6-12weels, it actually arrived within a wk! I wasn’t too sure about the gold colour when it arrived but I’m beginning to love it. It was easy to put up and I love that you can manoeuvre the light head itself for different angles.

I purchased all my small home salon furniture and loved it. The two chairs which were for the waiting area were the problem, when taking the chair apart to inspect. Saw what shocking material was used for the base of the chair.. ply wood used on building sites it had the name of the brand on so googled it.. it was covered in plaster . Roxie Cosmetics said they would only offer 45% refund and I had to reinforce the chair myself. I’ve only been refunded for one so far..
