I was kept informed step by step about the delivery timescale. The delivery men were very hard working and polite. They delivered my bed to exactly where I needed it.

I never trust Company that doesn’t have a telephone number. Despite asking him several times to call me nobody dead I eventually after searching founder number that no longer is connected so for me it’s definitely no for ordering for.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are genuinely surprised to see a 1-star review, especially as we have not received any email or message from you, so we had no opportunity to assist or clarify the situation.
Regarding the telephone number — we do provide customer support via email and live chat, which ensures that every enquiry is responded to in writing and allows us to track and resolve issues efficiently. Many modern e-commerce companies operate in the same way. We always reply within 24h (usually much faster), so if you contacted us, could you please let us know which email address you used? We would like to investigate this.
You also mentioned searching for a “founder number” that is no longer active. That number is not related to our customer support line and was never listed as a contact for orders or assistance. Therefore, it seems there may be a misunderstanding.
We absolutely welcome constructive feedback, but leaving a 1-star review without contacting us directly feels unfair and gives the impression that this comment may not be from a real customer.

Did NOT come with uk plug!
I would have left 5 stars but delivery took 13 weeks and it did NOT come with a UK plug- I’m having to use a travel adapter which doesn’t look great considering I had a brand new floor plug installed for the bed- so that’s disappointing!! Other than that the bed itself is beautiful and I’m very pleased.

the breach the consumer rights act
The company is registered in U.K. but has not applied the consumers wrights and regulations. The product not even delivered and I have been refused of the refund for the manufacturer table which is not custom made . I would like to the legal process for this company with regards of the breach the consumer rights act!!!!

I recently purchased a product from Roxie cosmetics and was extremely disappointed when it arrived. The item was scratched, damaged and nothing like the pictures advertised online. It looked as though it had already been used or stored improperly before being sent out.
When I contacted customer service, instead of acknowledging the issue, they insisted I pay for the return shipping before they would issue a full refund. I explained that under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers are entitled to a refund for faulty or misrepresented goods without having to pay return costs, but my explanation was ignored.
This is unacceptable for a company that presents itself as professional. The combination of poor product quality, misleading advertising, and disregard for consumer rights has left me with a very negative impression.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering from this company and to double-check their policies. I certainly won’t be purchasing from them again.
