I had an outstanding experience with high-quality products and exceptional customer service; they promptly resolved my pickup issue and combined my orders, responding quickly—even on a non-working day—and my delivery arrived very fast.

Everything was great! Delivery, customer service and products. Definitely I’ll order again. I’ll loved that it give you the chance to pay monthly, because equipment can be expensive for beginners.

I recently tried Roxi Cosmetics, and I’m genuinely impressed by the quality and range of their products. I buy 2 UV lamps and many nail gel and polish.
From the moment I opened the packaging, I could tell that a lot of care went into the presentation — it’s sleek, modern, and feels luxurious without being over the top.
The formulas themselves are fantastic.
Overall, Roxi Cosmetics offers a great balance between quality, affordability, and ethical values.

Received a treatment bed in the summer. Within a month it started to develop mould spots. The bed has been cleaned as instructed. It has never been left wet. The room is well ventilated and not humid.

I raised this with customer services and there's no willingness to help or support. The view is that it must be environmental and my fault. It seems more likely the product may have been damp inside before it was delivered with the way the mould has come out covering the whole bed. I have well over a decade of using and cleaning beds and never had an issue like this.

Offered for them to come and visit my site to prove there is no way the environment has caused this. They don't care.

Given the cost, I'd expect a better level of support on resolving this. Certainly won't purchase from then in the future.

I waited over 4 months for delivery, only to receive a bed in the wrong colour. The company insists it is “brown in warm light,” but in reality it is plainly grey in all circumstances. Instead of taking responsibility, they offered only a token 10% refund for this unacceptable experience. I have now begun legal action against them. Save yourself the frustration, time, and money — shop elsewhere.

Correspondence with the company has been good, delivery experience was good. However, after the products being delayed for a long period of time, when the bed arrived part of the internal mechanism hadn’t been connected so the arm rests weren’t working. The chair still hasn’t arrived due to the wrong colour being sent.

Quick shipments and delivery. Ordered twice in 2 weeks as I was satisfied. Prices are great, the variety of products too and love the little samples and the promotions. Got one product for free.
The only thing to point out and that’s just me being picky is the orthographic errors that are omnipresent on the website other than that 5 stars!

I feel all the good reviews are written by staff members or are paid for because there is NO WAY this company have that many good reviews. I read another customers complaint on here and mine is almost identical. I ordered a full aesthetics suite back at the start of June paid £1869 upfront. It says on the website 6-8 week delivery time. This is rubbish. After the 8 weeks I had no communication from them so had to follow up. I was told there was a delay at the manufacturer and that delivery would be delayed by another 4 weeks. Again the 4 weeks went by and no correspondence or dispatch email. I had to follow up AGAIN. I was told this time that due to the delay they had a backlog of deliveries so it would now be another 2 week wait. Another 2 weeks go by…still nothing. I follow up AGAIN to be told that due to “bad weather conditions” the products were stuck in china and could be transported to this country. (Amazon and Shein cope just fine with some rain) I was told it could be another few weeks but they weren’t sure and couldn’t guarantee a date. I ordered first week of June we’re now in SEPTEMBER! I demanded a full refund and their only saving grace is that they sent it. They’re using other peoples money to build their business and not coming through witg the goods. This company is absolutely mocking it. They’re ripping people off left right and centre and getting away with it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. You won’t see your items. And FYI the images they use are also generated with AI and not the actual products. Who knows what you’ll get if you actually wait for something to turn up.

Great customer service and communication. Beauty bed is great but quite tricky to put together, the instructions could do with an update, it would help if it was for the correct piece of furniture/model.
