I was kept informed step by step about the delivery timescale. The delivery men were very hard working and polite. They delivered my bed to exactly where I needed it.

Roxie Cosmetics offer a huge selection of beauty products – makeup, skincare, haircare, nail care, and even salon equipment.
Prices are very competitive, with frequent discounts, bundle deals.Orders are usually dispatched quickly and arrive well-packaged.
I am more than pleased with their products and services.

I’m extremely disappointed with Roxie…
I’m extremely disappointed with Roxie Cosmetics. My order keep delaying for the 2nd times. My order cost me £1350 and after waiting for 8 weeks. I did not hear anything from Roxie, I got in touch with them again , they informed me that my order will reach me by 26th of August( 2 weeks later) due to delaying in manufacturing. I did not hear anything by 26th of August , I got in touch with them and they informed me again that my order delayed again and wont reach me until 10th of September, they mentioned hopefully it wont get delayed again, Seriously !!! . Only communication is via whats up or e mail, no accountability, and no effort to resolve the issue but to refund me if I wish after waiting for 10 weeks !
Now I have to wait for 10th of September and hope the order wont be delayed again. Total waiting time now 12 weeks if the order wont be delayed again.
This is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. If a company cannot even process and keep track of a simple order, how can customers trust their service or products?
I will not be shopping with Roxie Cosmetics again and strongly advise others to be cautious before wasting their time and money.
I sent a message to Roxie via what’s up , I was asking how long it takes for a refund and all I know I got a message back and issued a refund with out me asking for a refund or cancel my order , I got a reply they cancelled my order because I left a negative feedback
I am afraid I do not trust your reply and I will never buy from you ,. Not recommend to anyone this company . Please read other negative feedback not just mine .

We are truly sorry to read about your experience and we completely understand your frustration. Investing £1350 and then facing repeated production delays is incredibly disappointing, and we sincerely apologise for not meeting your expectations.
The delays were due to issues at the manufacturer, which unfortunately were outside of our direct control. We recognise that our communication could have been clearer and more proactive, and for that we take full responsibility. We have never intended to cause stress or inconvenience to any of our customers.
It is important to highlight that in situations like this, we always provide the option of a full refund – which is processed immediately if chosen. We never hold on to customers’ money against their wishes, and many of our clients who waited have since received their furniture and are delighted with their new salon setups.
To improve the experience going forward, we now also hold part of our furniture range in stock with 2-day UK delivery, so customers who prefer not to wait for production lead times can receive their order almost immediately.
We truly value your feedback, as it helps us improve both our service and communication. While we deeply regret that this has led you to lose trust in us, we hope you will see that we are committed to being transparent and supporting our customers in every way possible.

This would've been five stars because…
This would've been five stars because the bed is amazing as is the lamp. But bed was really scrunched up in packaging, so very creased. I was advised to use heat, which I have and although most has come out, there's still a couple of creases. Hopefully these will reduce in time.
To be fair company did offer to give me a new foot part if it continued. But I have not set clinic up yet, so have time to wait.
