Simple and reliable app. After another service cancelled my booking I went to Rozie and after few minutes I received various offers for the cleaning service, I chose the cleaner with most reviews and I got a really really good service.

The app is excellent.. easy to book and with notifications and reminders about your booking. The cleaner was really nice and efficient. On the whole I am very pleased with service and will surely use it again.

The app was very easy to use and easy to cancel if you make a mistake. It also feels safe as you may not have met the cleaner before. The cleaner I got was very polite and reliable and did a great job. I wil use the app again. I will try and get the same cleaner if I can because she was excellent

We had a great experience. Our cleaner was fantastic and extremely friendly. The App was easy to use and payment through apple pay was very quick. We had wide range for possible cleaners to choose from. We will definitely use Rozie again.

The app is user-friendly and easy to use. My first experience with Rozie was very good, from booking an appointment to the service received. The prices offered are also much better than what I was offered from local cleaning companies. The results were fairly similar with local cleaning company services. I will certainly use Rozie again.

I recently hired Rozie services for a home cleaning, and overall, I’m quite satisfied with their work. The helper arrived on time and worked efficiently. She did a good job with the general cleaning — floors, kitchen, and bathrooms were all left spotless.

There were a few small areas that could’ve used a bit more attention, but nothing major. The helper was polite, professional, and open to feedback, which I appreciated.

I’d recommend ROZIE for anyone looking for a reliable and reasonably priced cleaning service. I’d definitely consider using them again in the future

I could communicate with them what type of cleaning I required. Additionally I got to see the reviews on the cleaners and that helped me to choose a reliable one.

Easy to book cleaners locally and safe. App is pretty forward and easy to use. Request cleaning, go through offers and check profiles of the cleaners who sent an offer and their reviews. The cost is upfront, the cleaner might be there 3 hours or 5 hours, it’s the same pay. Very pleased so far.

Great service, but no notifications received

Rozie has filled a gap in the market: finding a good cleaner even at short notice. They even refunded me in previous booking. The app is simple to use. My only suggestion when booking Office cleaning: there needs to be clarification so that cleaners know the number of rooms to be cleaned not just indicate the floorspace.

I tried couple other serivces in Malta for cleaning and wasnt happy. then someone told me to try Rozie. Worked very good good, app is easy, I paid with apple pay, cleaner was on time and cleaning was good. Maybe some more functions would be nice like laundry etc but this is not so essential.
