Best cleaning app in Malta. Would highly recommend
Used the app for the first time and booked 2 cleaning sessions in the same week. The app was extremely easy to navigate through and the system works perfectly! The same woman came and she was the friendliest. Was super nice and did an outstanding job that got my whole house looking 100%. The prices are super reasonable too. I will definitely be booking through Rozie again on a fortnight basis. Would highly recommend as there isn’t anything like it in Malta. With a few presses of a button, I applied, got my offer sent to me and the cleaning appointment was booked in no time. Thanks so much :)

A horrible experience but I sure appreciate how the company handled my complaint after seeing the photos I sent them. I sure appreciated their concerns.
A horrible experience! I booked the cleaner for my sons’ one bedroom apartment. The booking was for today at 9:00am. The cleaner started messaging me yesterday to come earlier at 7am !! I told him he couldn’t because my son won’t be home at that time. He kept pestering me with messages to go earlier.
At 8:45 this morning he entered my sons’ apartment . The first thing he told my son was that he was going to clean just the bedroom and bathroom because he had to go to another client. All he did was just that! After less than 2 hours he messaged me to tell me he’s ready. I paid extra to have him do the kitchen cupboards! He didn’t even go in the kitchen let alone do the cupboards! This is a terrible experience and I’ll never trust another cleaning app.

Thank you for your feedback. We regret that the service did not meet your expectations. Upon the cleaner’s arrival, you requested an additional balcony cleaning, which was not included in your initial booking. You specifically ordered the Regular Cleaning service, which, as clearly stated in the service description and Terms and Conditions you agreed to, does not cover balcony cleaning. Despite this, the self-employed cleaner you selected completed the task as an extra and free of charge.
It’s also important to highlight that your apartment required a Deep Cleaning service, which we explicitly recommend for such cases. Instead, you booked Regular Cleaning but expected Deep Cleaning to be performed at no additional cost. The service was carried out strictly according to the terms of the package you chose.
After the cleaning was completed, you requested a coupon, which we provided with a 20% discount, and you expressed satisfaction with the resolution.

Really an amazing cleaning app!
Really an amazing app. Nowadays it feels like apps have too many purposes with half of them not being useful, but this one really just does it's job, and incredibly well. Love being able to source cleaning in a more accessible manner!

Happy client, that was a bit sceptical in beginning
I am hard working mom of two and I always have lack of time to do cleaning of my home. I struggled a lot searching for a cleaner that would be reliable and would do work good. Then I found this app, I think I saw an advertistment on TV and decided to try it. The app itself is very easy to understand, I downloaded it, searched for cleaner and got like 6 offers from different very professional ladies. Most of them had positive feedbacks. Everything looked legit, so I did place an order. Next day Sarah (the cleaner) arrived on time and did perfect work. I felt very comfortable and happy. Now I am using Rozie every week! Thank you very much, this app is perfect
