Hello, our support is available in whatsapp by phone and email. Could you specify more details what went wrong ? We don't see any disputes from you.

Running late!
She was over 2 hours late. When I contacted her, she informed me that she would arrive in 2 hours. This was quite inconvenient, as I had scheduled the day and booked the time accordingly.
Ultimately, I advised her not to come.
I was disappointed with the service; the cleaner could have at least called to inform me before I reached out to her.

Hello, we are very sorry to hear that you had negative experience. We checked the logs and yes, the provider was coming late - 30 mins over the the allowed time slot. We are working on providing best communication channels to both - providers and clients. We strongly suggest reaching out providers and cleaners day before cleaning and same day to ensure there are no delays or changes. In this specific situation the cleaner got stuck in traffic and couldn't make it on time informing us that they will be 30 minutes late. Unfortunately that was unaccaptable by you and we issued a refund. We are very sorry for inconvenience. Thank you for your review!

Convenient booking and vetted cleaners
Booking with Rozie was a very easy and convenient experience. I explained what needed doing and could choose the cleaners based on their offers and also see reviews. The cleaner was good and very timely.

Experience was great, the cleaner was very nice , she knew what I wanted and we worked well together. I like Rozie app as it customer friendly, one feels secure as cleaners are verified and very professional.
