I had an old piece of stained glass which I wanted renovated and a missing fan light above my door.
Richard noticed I am a Star Trek fan and suggested something to signify that. He showed me some sketches of his design and made me a beautiful and amazing window in which he included the old pieces of glass from my original piece.
I can recommend Richard as an artist and perfectionist. He went out over and above to make sure my window was perfect.he is a master of his craft.

I did the Christmas Angel workshop mid December last year and it was a really great experience and way to get into the festive spirit and we came away with a lovely tree decoration to bring out each year.

I'll definitely be booking in again for another Angel but also looking at workshops Richard does other times during the year.

Luckily for me, Richard is very patient so if you aren't an expert with glass, like me, you will still come away with something lovely.

I can certainly recommend this.

Excellent experience — I’ve been twice now with my daughter and both sessions were fantastic. We did the 1-hour intro and the 5-hour intro, and both were really enjoyable. It’s a great gift idea and such a lovely way to unwind while learning something new. Richard talks you through everything step by step, helps whenever needed, and always offers encouragement. We’ll definitely be signing up for more!

Had a great day today doing copper foil work. Will definitely rebook to try lead work next. Great teacher, wide range of materials and designs to choose from. Highly recommend

Having had some experience of leaded stained glass, I wanted to learn the different techniques required for copper foil. After an initial introductory one hour course making a Christmas tree ornament and building on my previous experience, I was able to drop into Richard’s workshop on an hourly basis and make some panels for a lantern. Richard was very flexible, provided a comfortable bench space and equipment to work with and was on hand to guide me whenever I needed advice.
I would highly recommend Richard as a professional who is very knowledgeable and practices the highest standards in his studio.

He is an absolute professional who prides himself producing/restoring stained glass to an extremely high standard.
