First time buyer so wasn't sure what to expect and as I haven't done this before I got no previous
experience to compare it against but what can say they got things done swiftly, explained the whole process and kept me updated regularly so from my perspective I cant fault them really..

I was dealing with a few people from the team and all of them were incredibly helpful and super professional. Throughout the mortgage process, they were polite, unfailingly focused, and understanding. Communication was great throughout the whole process. Starting from mortgage affordability (Avais), applying (Ian), and the offer (jack) was very smooth and easy. I would highly recommend using RSC New Homes. We would definitely contact them for the remortgage.

Wendy was absolutely brilliant in discussing the changes to my insurance policy and how to get the best value for myself. Fully recommend. Great service.

This company has been so efficient and helpful.
Queries have always been answered and within the day of any questions being asked.
As a first time buyer this process is a bit of a minefield but I have received step-by-step what to expect to happen next throughout the whole process.

RSC have been excellent with our mortgage application. As first time buyers we were completely clueless, but our advisor Joanne was amazing at explaining everything in detail and answering any questions we had. Her approach was very personable and I actually looked forward to our calls.

There communication and response time is always quick, and the portal was very easy to navigate.

Our mortgage advsor from RSC was very good. Martin listened to what we wanted and sourced the right mortgage for us. Following on from that, Julie from RSC has kept us informed every step of the way. We have bought several homes over the years and had several mortgage advisors and without doubt, RSC have been the best. Based on our experience I would not hesitate to recommend them to others

Ann Cooper contacted me to let me know part of my mortgage was due to end. Paul Knowles gave me some expert advice on my product transfer application and was friendly, knowledgeable as well as handling everything. Paul even managed to get me a slightly better rate than originally quoted as my lender reduced some rates, so we held off on the submission to get the better deal. Honestly cant thank you enough for this! Its tough times at the moment but would always recommend speaking to the experts before making any decisions on a mortgage. Thanks also to James Forster & Vicki Robinson for handling the admin quickly and efficiently - See you all again in 2 years!

Quick, reliable and clued up with the best options on the market

Really pleased with the efforts made by Shaun Biddle and the rest of the guys. Mine was a tough application as the lender made things unbearable but these guys stood firm with me and were always on hand to answer questions! Couldn’t be more pleased with their commitments!
