First2Protect - professional service
First2Protect are a really smooth way for me to sort out my house insurance. My needs are a bit unusual and broke other providers, however they worked with me to get a deal sorted. Through several renewals they have given me good service and their portal is useful. I saved £200 on this latest renewal and not much else is going down in cost right now!

I called today for a policy adjustment that I thought was tricky and the adviser Alfie was great. He took me through it and arranged the details. I was very happy with the service. I've used F2P for a while now and the customer service is top notch.

Home and contents insurance
Oscar was very good and helpful with our enquiry with regards to home and contents insurance and eventual insurance agreement. I am not the fastest person on a computer or smart phone but he had the patience to help and wait while I got things sorted. From the agreement I received from the insurance company I made a substantial saving. As a pensioner this was all savings are well received I can recommend Oscar as a very helpful and patient person and I thank him for his time.
