Order processing

I placed an order at 9:30am and received confirmation of the order and was told I would be contacted when the order was ready for pickup. The following day I called in the afternoon and was told that my order would be pulled and my driver could pick it up within the hour. That meant it took almost 30 hours to get my order. We have been a customer for over 20 years and this is not the way we have been treated in the past. It appears though that this is becoming more of the norm and that is not ok.

Web site said item was in stock

Web site said item was in stock. Confirmation email said item was on backorder but would ship in 1 to 2 days. Two weeks later wrong item was received. One week later correct item arrived. Having said all that, customer service was very professional, courteous and prompt.

Purchasing Department

I'll ordered 20 pcs. bump cap with Order #A-11682436 dated Oct. 17, 2023 and we needed the item. But your company said they can deliver the item eta by December 2023. i don't think i will ordered again because the delivery is very late. Hope you do something to fix your delivery problem.

i placed an order an for more that i tell them that was very urgent to get the order, nobody could give me the
urgent service i needed, i am still waiting the trcking number, i know that there are procedures, but always are ways how to solve problems and urgency, but this time i did not received any help

Not in stock with a listing of In stock

You should be more honest with your customers instead of saying in stock you should say sorry local warehouse is out of stock but we can get it to you next week instead of tomorrow.

Multiple shipments from different…

Multiple shipments from different locations and it took much longer than first informed. Customer P.O. was wrong on packing slips and was informed it couldn't be changed. Packing slips on 2 shipments were un-readable.

If you order more than 1 thing its "Suspicious"

Told me my order was "suspicious" and only sent me half of what I ordered without ever notifying me that my order was being altered.

The website is organized well so easy to search and fine desired items. The feature of recording customer customer part numbers and labels adds to ease of locating standard reorder items.Checkout is fast and simple. Corporate pricing is competitive. Receiveing a personal followup email confirming order details with anticipated ship dates completes the task.
