Buyer Beware
Beware of deception. Based on the picture of my product (box of Energizer Ultimate Lithium AA Batteries (18 Pack) which I thought I was ordering. So they showed me a box with 24 batteries in it but ship me 3 boxes containing only 4 batteries in each box. I thought i was getting 72 batteries for $.94 cents each, in reality i got 12 batteries for $5.67 each. I could have gone to the local Sam's and got the batteries for $1.94 each.

Extra Mile Customer Service
Emily Dorman went the extra mile by finding me a product that was not previously available according to the site. She walked me through the ordering process and got me all the info needed to make the purchase. This was my first order and I will be returning for future products as needed.

Most items ship within a few days from the local warehouse.
Our rep knows we order specific gloves on a routine basis. On our last order, we only received a partial fill with the rest being on backorder and shipping at a future date.

Shipping $ is how much????
Why can’t RSH provide you with a shipping cost when you place an order. No wonder they had the cheapest price- they make up for it with shipping cost charged to you without you knowing what it’s going to be and without your approval. Bought 3 small tubes of epoxy then was charged $30for shipping!!!! $60 order jumped to $90. BUYER BEWARE.

website is not accurate with product in stock
the product i ordered showed to be in stock, where many other vendors were out of stock. so i chose to order from you, only to find out several days later that the product was out of stock and backordered for several months. so now i have have paid for something that i wont get until i no longer need it. seemed like a bait and switch move.

Good products at fair prices. The only reason I gave a 4/5 star review was that: after requesting a password reset, no email was received, so I ended up creating a new account. Extra step, extra hassle.
