We do not provide fancy boxes or bells and whistles because that would mean we would need to charge our customers a higher price for their products in order to cover packaging costs.
Rubber B straps are actually manufactured in the most costly and same top Swiss factory as other independent watch brands you probably are familiar with (Hublot, Omega, Richard Mille, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, and Patek Philippe, to name a few), who manufacture their straps at the RB factory. They sell their straps at much higher price levels than RB, as we wish to meet the needs of a more broad audience by keeping prices as low as possible.
Other than excellent service to our customers, we are only dedicated to making straps and nothing else... this is the reason Rubber B is the ultimate rubber strap.

I had heard some very positive feedback on your company. I ordered a band from my sky dweller 42 mm, but when the jeweler tried to install it on my watch, it did not fit. Therefore, the jeweler had to cut the band to try and make it fit, but it did not work. I am now out of the $300 I paid for your band. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with your company.

It seems that you are having a misunderstanding about the product. Rubber B straps are sold in many Official Rolex Boutiques because each strap reference is specifically designed to mount its CORRECT intended watch model flawlessly. The strap you ordered is only compatible with LEATHER STRAP models of Sky-Dweller. So if you have any other bracelet type, then the strap will not fit it, as is clearly stated on the product page.
We were not able to locate any emails from you or notes on your account about a phone call. Unlike most e-commerce websites these days, WE ARE AVAILABLE FOR IMMEDIATE LIVE HUMAN ASSISTANCE VIA TELEPHONE M-F/ 9-5 EST, and we also answer emails the same day. Your statement, "I did not have a good experience with your company," is not accurate because you never once reached out to us about any of this.
Regarding having to cut your strap in order to fit your watch properly, that is never necessary for a Rubber B strap, as is written in the FAQ section accessible from the large FAQ black box in the email receipt you received.
We share your frustration and are sad to hear that you purchased the incorrect strap, allowing an installer to modify it without first contacting us for support. FYI: Our showroom is located in Miami Beach, Florida and is open for appointments M-F / 9-5 as well. If you are ever going to be in the area, feel free to call for an appointment where you will be able to view and purchase the correct product for your watch and also have it installed complimentary by our Swiss technician.
